That's precisely the point; why dont PC gamers go and play those games, instead of complaining that they're not going to get a console game?
They probably hear how PC gamers dont really like console games and already have all the best games anyway, so think it makes little sense to put it on PC, at least initially. Best to put it on systems where their work will be appreciated. I'm surprised PC gamers are moaning, since when do they care about console games?

they're making too much money from steam right now so game development doesnt really factor into their thinking. perhaps if gamers stopped using steam so much and gave them something else to think about...
Witcher 3 has some pretty epic tracks.
to be honest Hollywood does this far more than games; games are just CGI at the end of the day; the actors on screen are human, and most of these guys are obviously on steroids, giving a false impression as to what can be acheived.
I would throw in MGSV as a key contender.
Give it to Naughty Dog or Guerilla and see what they can make of it. The game's setting is unique and original, which makes it worth a second shot.
