You remember that tweet about 14 ms studios showcasing games at E3? Did that get you hyped? And look wahtbthey delivered, do you now see the problem? Now ms customers have to wait another year.
That's what Sony has done - heaps of E3 trailers up on their channel, most of the stuff ms showed. Sony made the right choice.

Pretty much every game showed no gameplay.
But they are both saying it, PCIE 4.0 will be used, SSD will be standard for both, next gen GPU and CPU's. That's not something a PC dev can develop for, first party games can push the envelope hard. What the translates to I don't know - but they both seem confident in their statements.
There's a lot to cover, unless your dropping megaton after megaton - your message gets lost in the crowd.

Fair chance most of those studios were hoping to be brought, xbox will get some nice AAA games no doubt - but a crap tonne of gamepass pap. That'll suit ms customers fine, they have a backlog of BC titles to play.
And yes - Halo looked average, not even close to PS4 titles from 3yrs ago. Have a look at the scowl on the guys face just he plugs the cables together, he does it twice - they are exactly the same. Have a look when he throws his arms in the air when MC wakes ...
I snagged Death Stranding and CYBERPUNK 2077 Collectors Editions - I'll give this a miss. I heard with shipping it's costing around $380US - too much mate.
Talented teams? Did you see how average Halo (their premier title) looked at E3 2019? They've got a long way to go. A looong way.
Maybe he's pointing out it takes a long time to make quality games. And good games don't fall out the sky.
