I'm hopeful they'll announce a TLOU2 limited edition console, that'll be a yes from me. Average Joe on the street should probably wait for PS5 unless they're dead set on getting a PS4.
At the end of the day most consumers won't know PS5 is due late next year/early 2021.
I've recently learnt ms don't care about console sales, lucky Phil has said as much. If I was a consumer looking to purchase a console now or in the future, it certainly wouldn't be a ms one.

That's how it's done, grow studios from the ground up - of course you can buy a few here and there. But to think buying 20 studios will give 20 good games is ridiculous. I think ms has some the worst 1st parties going, oversell and under deliver.
Quality over quantity, can you seriously say ms has great exclusives? Genuine question, remember this is their 3rd gen going to be 4th - ms studios has been making games for decades.
