They are basically looking for their very own Mark Cerny. It's gonna be hard to just do a job listing for a 'super creator' and get someone like that waltzing in.
I cut him some slack for Knack. It seems like he was busy with the hardware/software while making Knack. He doesn't even seem to look at it as a crazy masterpiece of his when you hear him in interviews. He sees it as a fun quality platformer that's aimed more for family fun. It shows of some of the PS4's power and physics ability and nice performance for a cartoony game attempting a Pixar type of look & animation style.
I feel that if Cerny was to make a game ...
Nice, alright, time to get back on a new game Mark, and spawn a new crazy 1st party dev team that'll continue on to make 9+ score games - like you've done over and over in the past.
It's nothing to be surprised about. Microsoft is like a shady politician, saying what it needs to to be voted into office as #1.
I was about to type the same thing, almost didn't notice your post until I read "original xbox". That game was cool and really really challenging. I remember it taking a while to pass certain areas.
It's nice to hear they plan on welcoming the modding community from early on.
It's got a unique gameplay style for sure.
It's not bad looking, I'll keep an eye on it to see how it turns out or what score it gets.
It's the Clue board game basically.
I'm not even into driving games like that anymore, but goodness, this game looks ridiculous!
You can see that the raindrops are doing a mirror effect on the left and right side of the car. It still looks real nice though.
Well it is Crapcom, the only company with so many amazing IPs and no vision on where to go with them or even what genre they should be in anymore. There's hardly anything left under Crapcom that isn't completely trash now, and what's left - they are destroying by $$$ DLC and pay-for-advantage systems like 'gems' in SF x Tekken. Yes, they've added pay-2-win to fighting games. With that COO announcing SF5 along with a pay-for-advantage system to go along with it - just k...
Been waiting for any more PS4 news. I haven't played much of it on Steam since the last updates that added new stages, so it'll still be fresh along with all the stuff added to Rebirth. From what I recall, it's suppose to be a PS+ monthly game when it releases. I thought Secret Ponchos was suppose to be almost finished also, expecting that in less than a month or 2 I'd say.
Heh, they animated it well enough.
A game about life, if it's fun - I'll play it.
Someone who was always big on morality in games is Peter Molyneux.
I'll keep an eye on this one.
I like the concept of the 30 days from east coast to west coast.
It sounds interesting, the pixel art style is nostalgic too.
The mixture of games that it's gameplay revolves around sounds cool.
