With no disc-locked Day-1 $$DLC$$ or pay-for-advantage system like 'gems', PLEASE.
This could be pretty fun.
I like that games like Final Fantasy Tactics influenced the style and viewpoint.
Weird how he says the puzzles set themselves up with the way it works.
It's definitely different.
Whoa, looks weird how it morphs around like that. I wasn't sure exactly what was going on with the puzzle solving from the vid, but it was definitely interesting.
I guess Activision is so big now they don't care what they look like to fans. I don't plan on buying anymore CODs, didn't plan on getting Ghosts for PS4, but there were no other shooters I enjoy the mechanics and pace of that are out right now. There's some coming soon though, and COD will be dead, and I'll delete that hunk of unoptimized, force-advertise filled hunk of CPU straining crap from my PS4.
There's no reason they shouldn't have allowed C...
LOL, I wasn't saying it as if they hate Xbox. Just that they've been doing alot of the "Oh, we love you too Xbox" PR. Almost a little more than you'd expect them to feel the need to. So, I'm just saying maybe Activision is the one nudging them to do make it so clear to Xboxers.
Maybe it's Activision forcing them to say it. They are the publisher, and known for Xbox relations.
"Be creative and actually shape and mold your dreams into stories and gameplay. For me it’s not worth making a game if you don’t have a personal attachment to it."
Someone tell that to Infinity Ward and Treyarch. It's ok guys, you don't have to sign with hAcktivision if you don't want for the next run. Oh, it's just about the money now? Alright then, go ahead and make the next unoriginal, non next-gen, unoptimized, force advertisement and p2w filled ...
Like I said in another post on these guys, they definitely have the game making process down. Just the way they were talking in one of the other articles led me to realize this. If they were to ever go to Kickstarter, I doubt they'd have an issue with miscalculating the workflow, time frame and funds needed. They seem to really be on point with that aspect from the get-go.
Nice, so no tricks to get lil kids to lose their parent's money. You also don't allow p2w through the store. Sounds like you got that part down for sure. The game style seems to have the potential to be an addictive score chasing game. I still have to see it in action, but the visuals are up to par for what it is. You also know your platform, cuz this is just the type of game that works well on mobile. I'll keep an eye on this one.
Can't knock an entrepreneur. A friend of mine is trying to do the same right now with a little program called 'Spriter'. It makes 2D sprite animation easier and gives an insane performance boost, by loading sprite parts only once and saving hugely on vram by just altering those loaded parts rather than loading whole new body sprites each frame. Then you export your char animations/sound fx/hitboxes/variables/etc that were all altered in Spriter to your game engine. That way you do...
Oh dang, he brought up Master System and Alex Kidd and Wonderboy. Ahh, the good ole days.
Let them get a few games in before moving to console. It'll give them time to get their feet wet and come up with something bigger and better.
Well, for new guys, they seem to have everything organized properly for planning out and executing the development process. The originality is good too, especially on mobile, where shameless devs constantly make exact clones of popular games nonstop everyday. It seems China is one of the worst in that area, too many devs from there are making replicas of peoples' games, down to the name with a slight change.
LOL @ the screen, "You're Awesome!".
If it's fun, it's fun. As long as it doesn't try to hide 'buy' buttons in there for random items - then it can be aight. I didn't have a smartphone until last October, so I still play a few android games every now and then. I just can't stand the ones that try to get you to click on stuff that leads to a charge nonstop.
Uh oh, we got Lil Ripsta up in this b*tch. Bone supports PS4.
Wait, are we gonna get that multiplayer expansion pack that is going to PC for free? I thought this was connected to that, but this is something else. This sounds cool, but the multiplayer would really get me back addicted to this game how Survival got me back into Resogun.
