and a plethora of other great titles that should of been released this year that have now moved into 2009.
2008's been good but it's not what they promised last year, and I can only have faith for 2009.
this game sounds like it would be the absolute best mmo experience to date.
c'mon, an mmo where you can give someone an STD... Or get them pregnant, buy/sell houses, run shops, get married, pay people to do deeds for you and have an extremely customizable character etc. It would be amazing.
It means that MS is going to try to remain a dominant factor in gaming, and competition is always good.

Also, bioware made games for the xbox because they wanted to, not because they were an MS studio.

that's the same way i feel about the ps3.
I bought the xbox because of it's exclusive games, fable, halo, gears, banjo, too human, forza, pgr, alan wake, halo wars, crackdown, ng2, ME and the list goes on. For me none of the ps3 exclusives mean anything, they all seem pretty meh, and that's why I am reconsidering my ps3, now that they lost FF13 and many of their jrpgs like star ocean I doubt I'll use my ps3 for much, except blu-ray movies.
But i'm guessing the next kojima game or mgs5 might.

Clan support would still be a nice addition, or some form of "user groups" that let you find groups of people interested in the same games or activities.

all the previews are incorrect, you can skip any movie you've already seen by pressing the b button shortly after it starts.
and the story and voice work is phenominal, but baldur always looks surprised.

the halo games are 3 of the best fps games ever made, it has some of the most depth in it's gameplay mechanics, one of the best stories, a very immersive universe, and every evolution of the franchise has been extremely well made, revolutionary, innovative, and well recieved with an average gameranking score of 94%.
A halo MMOFPS would play very well, especially if developed by bungie.
