Yeah, I thought the same thing so only paid attention the reviews that were between a score of four and eight. A lot of rationale analysis in the five and six review scores.
@DexSun
That's what I thought at first, but after reading a dozen or so user reviews on Metacritic it's obvious most users reviewing have played the game and are airing actual legitimate grievances.
It isn't a hassle. All you need is the username you used when you registered the PlayStation 3 or the serial number.
Here's the claim link. All online.

Thanks for finding the fine print for us. I know there was some confusion in which gamers thought you had to have actually used the fetaure to be eligible.
As much as I respect Sony, when the Other OS feature was stripped away I knew it wasn't right. 'Other OS' was one of the reasons I wanted a PS3 to begin with. By the time I actually got my PlayStation 3 it had been updated out.
Wonder if there's any reasonable chance of a big-budget Kingdom Hearts movie? Maybe even a trilogy.

I primarily gamed on XBOX then XBOX 360 for ten years. I switched to Nintendo and Sony after I was intelligent enough to give up pride and realize Microsoft doesn't care about gamers.
Not everyone who doesn't like Microsoft is a Sony exclsuive fan.
Don't you know it's bad etiquette for a Microsoft employee to try to covertly defend its own interests on a public game site?
The gamers have decided—it's going down to join Davey Jones' locker.
How do some individuals not see that following anything—rather a President or game console manufacturer—blindly and without fault is dangerous? The minute you shrug off reason and morals in order to protect something like pride is the minute you've stopped being able to enjoy life.
Avast ye matey, she's taking on water. Metacritic user score 5.6. Abandon ship!
Metacritic user score of 5.6. Something stinks, and it isn't just the scurvy-ridden scallywags.
What the heck was Rare and Microsoft doing this whole time? It certainly doesn't seem to show in this game—that could have easily had followed a free-to-play model.
Specs are not discussed past being AMD CPU and Radeon graphics.
The actual case states you only had to have been aware of, and/or intended in using the "Other OS" feature—didn't have to actually had have used the feature.
Probably some EA employees, or something.
Wow, when did gamers start liking EA, again?
I'm a huge fan of campaigns, but an open-world level editor in Far Cry would devour my time, for sure—especially with having planes and ATVs.
Atari is the equivalent of The Godfather of the video game industry. Yes, sadly the name is being squeezed out like the sweat rag of a dying man who has been stranded in the desert with no water for three days. Regardless, the original Atari games the Atari VCS will showcase are no less classic and monumental to the history of the past-time we all love.

Yeah, no, those five ideas would not make it the biggest Microsoft E3 showing in the company's history. For starters, XBOX E3 2006 is tough to beat. From Fable II to Forza 2, it had a little bit of everything, and a whole lot of awesome. Plus, Microsoft had the daunting task of beating the impactful E3 of its 2005 showing—which was no slouch.
In any case, to beat 2006, XBOX needs to announce something huge. An XBOX One X price drop is going to happen regardless, so it d...
