You should definitely, undoubtedly, quickly pick that game up.
Tho I'm all next gen'd out wit' my 360, the PS2 is still (imo) the best gaming console created. This is due to it's vast library of truly AAA titles. That's why a system will only be as good (no matter how powerful) as the software that's available for it. This is why the PS2 is still, to this day, enjoying strong sales and why it slaughtered the original Xbox.

I'm not talking to any one person in particular, but just to clarify; people who prefer XP over Vista (myself being one of them) don't prefer it simply because they can't cope with a new OS, or are stupid or what have you.
I will personally wait until Windows 7 to upgrade (if it's worthy), 'til then I'm sticking with XP. I've dealt with Vista, I deal with that b.s. OS daily. I have XP (mine) and Vista (brand new, 320HDD, dual 2.6GHz cpu's, 2GB RAM) PC's in my own household. ...
Gave me a headache. The only thing I actually liked about the demo was it's short length, and the flashlight (yeah, the flashlight). It's nice to play a FPS n' activate the flashlight w/o having to worry about it going out every 10 seconds. Aside from that, it wasn't even worth the d/l. It feels as though your slushing through mud the whole game, no hit detection, poor animation, lack luster graphics, etc., etc., etc...
That is, hands down, the worst sweat effects I've ever seen in a video game to date. The players appear to be made of plastic, with patent leather wrapped around 'em. I'd heard about this game some time ago, maybe two months, it was just a rumor then but I was hoping it were true as I've been looking forward to that next "Fight Night". This, however, is not it.
I've been waiting for this sequel ever since completing the original. Everything looks great, has the potential to top the original. But as others have said Ethan's voice acting needs a do-over, far too cliche imo.
So 4.8 Gbps USB 3.0 is (supposedly) 2 years away n' they can't take advantage of IEEE 1394b's 1.2 Gbps transfer rates yet?

Yeah, the color palette should have been darker n' the white text doesn't really match, but to hell with the boxart. What I know is that the original was a great launch title for the 360 n' I this is one of my most anticipated games.

Far less system warnings and errors after the update, however now I have recurring a recurring DCOM error and 1 other that I think is due to a corrupt or missing .dll file. Other than that, things seem to be running a bit smoother.

I'm not sure if Windows 7 will be built from the ground up, but it's going to be a major advancement over all of MS's previous OS's. I know they're going to incorporate some (if not all) of the new touch features Microsoft has been working on. Now that I think about it...2010 is not that far away (that's the supposed release). I may skip right past Vista n' hold out w/XPSP3 (now that it's finally here).
They'll definetly produce a sequel, money talks and sequels can be good. It's just when you try n' turn 1 great game into many, many other things (such as the Halo, which I'm a large fan of, or Half Life franchises). That was a great statement from Take-Two.
