Offering a price for crisis times, in the 299$ for Xbox Series X maybe can be the best way of MS showing they listen to users, players, community and society.
Sounds like Xbox 360 after RRoD versions.
Well... Sony gives options for developers. It is the same message Xbox transmits with Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, PC, Mobile, Xbox Adaptive Controller, Kinect and so on.
"If you build it, they will come".
Really... in PC you need an AMD with X570 or R40 to achieve this level of transfer rates, as it is the only platform with PCIe 4.0, needed for what PS5 promises. It's been available only for some months now, not 5 years.
Bobby Kotick is above everything and everybody in this industry. He is a genius and you know from first second when he is in the same room. Also, he could have changed games history 30 years ago, before Megadrive and SNES. But greedy Commodore made one of its worst decision... I curse you old Commodore! BTW, Kotick has changed videogames history many times since then... and Coca-Cola history too. Nothing to object to him. Bobby, will you marrie me?
Better performance after the patch by lowering the resolution... well... ok.
Microsoft want users who pay for their monthly services, like they want us to pay for Office365 and others. Microsoft need a new Xbox (or two) because a big chunk of the market is still fixed to physical, branded and sexy material things.
I think Microsoft are building an agnostic hardware platform with franchises and brands that everybody knows. That's the reason for them to buy developers and build a cloud and contents empire.
When it is the moment, they will kill phys...
PS4 PSVR has its own sound chip and it improves sound, as well as liberates PS4 CPU and GPU from some tasks... PSVR with a good pair of Headphones is really better than PS4 and PS4 Pro default sound output. I can't imagine how PS5 can improve it with so much power as it will bring for positional HiQ audio... It "sounds amazing". Thanks, Sony, for innovating with VR, Sound, haptic imput and provide the tools for developers. I hope PC adopts all of this as an standard and improves...
Destiny 2 has all expansions included with the 2 months offer and Gylt is a Stadya exclusive included with it. Nothing more remarkable... for the moment.
Tried with mobile and Surface Pro... but with games like Destiny 2, Stadia adds too lag, image artifacts and servers go down before two hours of gameplay, in the worst moment... Only works for me with racing games. Too dark passages are full of image artifacts and makes it a bad experience that ruins titles like Gylt. Wired with a 1Gb/s and 0ms ping it works, but has those artifacts and server loss... as well as some imput lag with no official Stadia controller. This should be under closed be...
Not all games perform better on Xbox One X than PS4 Pro... Resident Evil 3? https://wccftech.com/reside...
Mi list: Gears 2, Gears 3, Gears 1, Gears Judgement, Gears 5, Gears 4, Other Gears...
Not everybody notice it.
By activating a different HDCP on the Switch Side... so no interdevices can transform the signal?
Free to play PC games, do you mean, isn't it? Because when you pay for an online service, it is more difficult to have these problems.
Well... at 1080p you can run RT at more than acceptable frame rates... with a 2080. I hope they improve eficiency by software for old and new chips and NVIDIA don't push only new hardware.
PC Master race.
Yes. And if you have an Xbox One, One S or One X, you will notice that, if you want to use Dolby Headphones you need to pay 49$ for a license. Ok, it is a lifetime license, but it is something others offer for the price of the console. Dolby defend their by license system and modularity. PlayStation 5 will give that with the system, no need to play an extra if you want to squiz al system posibilities.
Maybe Microsoft gives Dolby Headphones and Dolby Atmos licenses for free to third p...
Yes, Dolby... but you need specialized hardware for that and... Do you offer this audio spectrum and posibilities "for free" to developers, like Sony does? Because paying for Dolby support on every game is only available to big publishers, as it has been for decade (Microsoft paid licenses for second parties, ok, but it was really costly and a reason for having Dolby Digital on Xbox 360 games and none of it on PS3 versions).
2023 until 2nd gen Navi... to much waiting for what you can just have in 2020.
