Ya, PC fanboys are too whiny. lol I don't blame R* for never bringing RDR to PC.
I cannot wait for this game. Two of the most memorable gaming experiences I've had of recent recollection were linear and narrative focused (which The Order: 1886 seems to be):
1.) BioShock Infinite
2.) The Last of Us
I'm buying the game, just not the DLC.
Who gives a flying **** what GOTY 2015 is. At the end of the day, it's a useless award. You're comparing apples to oranges half the time with them, which is just stupid and meaningless. I just want good games. Period.
Looks like someone's either:
1.) In denial
2.) Needs glasses
3.) All of the above
My understanding is, Telltale didn't have the complete trophy/achievement list completed by the time Ep. 1 released for S2. I guess according to Sony's stupid standards, the platinum must come with the initial trophy set. Not sure as to why the whole set wasn't ready, as they're the same old same old completion trophies. It's not like they had to do much for them.
Platinum trophies for every single game - regardless of AAA or indie. Just like how "Arcade" games on XBLA started out with 200G, then bumped up to 400G, and now up to 1000G like any other retail game.
Consistency is a good thing, even if it "devalues" the platinum a little.
I own a PS4, Xbox One and Wii U. PS4's for multiplats and exclusives, Xbox One's for exclusives only, and Wii U's for exclusives only.
In order from most playtime to least playtime for me, it's:
1. PS4
2. Wii U
3. Xbox One
This is the best setup IMO because I support a healthy, competitive market and I benefit as the consumer because I get more gaming experiences than someone who confines themselves to one plat...
I'm a collector, so it is probably a different circumstance for me, but I plan on keeping my PS3 around for a very long time. It's the system I bought all of my 3rd party games of last gen for and the plethora of exclusives. There are still plenty I need to get to and/or replay.
All those 481 "PC exclusives" look forgettable at best. Lol flaunting 4K, yet they're all indie games. Let me know if any of them beat out Uncharted 4 for GOTY 2015. Lmfao
Also, when did I ever suggest that I don't play PC games? I have a more than capable PC with 150+ Steam games. Just happen to detest fanboys (a.k.a. fake ass gamers) such as yourself.
With all the console exclusives coming like The Order: 1886, Bloodborne, Uncharted 4, R&C, new Guerilla IP, new Quantic Dream game, Rime, The Tomorrow Children, Persona 5, the new Zelda, Star Fox, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Splatoon, Majora's Mask 3D, Scalebound, Quantum Break, Phantom Dust, the new Crackdown, Gears 4, and Halo 5, you're gonna be missing out on a lot.
Lol enjoy all your multiplat games that we'll all be playing too.
Sorry, but not gonna happen. lol
Heavenly Sword = Sony published
Hellblade = self-published by NT.
Like several others have said, hell yes. They don't need to offer anything. I'm tired of these over-entitled idiots thinking their owed the world. People should've been spending time with their families over the holiday, not playing video games anyways. If people were gonna game, it better have been something that let the whole family participate in a local couch co-op setting (e.g. Smash, MK8, etc.), not something online.
My prediction:
Official reveal with a teaser trailer for God of War 4 at E3
Gameplay reveal at PS Experience 2015
Release in 2016
:)
Agreed 100%. My concern is that a shockingly large amount of gamers seem OK with this high turnover, disposable model where it's in with the new, out with the old. I know plenty of people that buy games digitally at full MSRP prices ($59.99+), play it for a month, and feel like they've gotten their money's worth from that alone and move on.
The thought of that terrifies me. It must just not be the way I play games at all (plus, I'm a collector - that probably ...
This is the downfall of digital games. Give me physical/retail or give me death! Same thing happened to Deadpool. Guess what? It's sitting on my shelf.
They should bring it back in some glorious way, like the physical releases of Terraria or Retro City Rampage. Considering it's Ubisoft, not likely, but dare to dream, right?
I'm so sick and tired of people mistakingly referring to attackers like these as "hackers." Stop glorifying them! I'm a SysAdmin and security is very much a part of my job. Attackers that rely on DDoS (such as LizSquad) are script kiddies at best, NOT hackers.
Actual "hacking" consists of a more sophisticated attack, such as SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), root kits, etc. These types of attacks put users/databases at risk of being compro...
Except for Bloodborne... Oh and Uncharted 4... Oh and Zelda 2015 (no, not on PS4 but also not on X1 either).
And this is coming from someone who owns a PS4, Xbox One, and Wii U. I'll be picking up Halo 5 on release day, but get all that fanboy nonsense out of here.
This better get localized! If it doesn't, I see it being the first PS4 game I import.
If it's anything *remotely* like Call of Juarez: The Cartel... So help me God.
