Tried to play BioShock Infinite and Dark Souls with my DS4 on my PC and it didn't work out too well...
You do realize that the console(s) you're bashing is what's providing you with a quality controller, right?
MGR with a keyboard and mouse? That must be enjoyable.
There's a little game that proved how AI bots ruin MP experiences... It's called Brink.
6v6?! C'mon, where's the "power of the cloud" now?! It made its brief appearance for Drivatars and then rode off into the sunset?
Looks like EA got the better of Respawn. Titanfall can take a Titandick up its Titanass. What a shame (in Gordon Ramsay voice).
I'd take Deadly Premonition 2.0: Swery's Ballsack Hair Collector&...
Read the comment that I left immediately after my original post... Left four hours before your comment. lol
My point was they appeared to be pissy about having to add trophies when they knew damn well that they would inevitably need to add them. Obviously the Accomplishrine trophy is not a big deal now, but I wasn't the only one mistaking to be a much more daunting task than it actually is. The existence of this post alone is proof for that. The description sounded deceiv...
I amend my last comment. According to the ps3t forum community, several people have already gotten 100% of the trophies. Once you have built the Accomploshrine, you hold X and can net the trophy within ~11 mins. Whew.
I don't really feel sorry for Klei whatsoever. They knew what they were getting into wanting to publish on Sony's platform. Like Microsoft has done with achievements (rightfully so), Sony has mandated the inclusion of trophies for retail and digital releases that aren't in beta. This is necessary to keep PSN/XBL a consistent, integrated experience. Otherwise, developers would get lazy and not choose to include achievements/trophies if they didn't have to. Valve, on the other h...
Did you reply to the wrong comment? Lol I don't feel like what you said really pertains to my original comment. If not, yeah, that was my point... Buy games day-one that you really want because there's no guarantee they'll even ever make it to the PS+ IGC and support the devs/pubs while doing it.
I think perhaps a more interesting question we should be asking in light of today's announcements is: "With PlayStation Now is There Really Any Reason to Buy Gam...
While it's an undeniable fact that PS+ is an amazing value for consumers, my answer's still yes - 100% for a couple of reasons:
1.) Relying solely on PS+/Humble Bundles/Steam sales for the entirety of your game library doesn't really support the industry. Don't get me wrong, I love when I can get a good deal on a game (I stalk sites like CAG on the daily), but I still buy PLENTY of new releases for $59.99. When a developer puts their game up in the PS+ IGC, it...
Speak for yourself, but I personally love GOTY editions, whether the game itself is actually a worthy candidate for GOTY or not, so long as I enjoy it. Why? Because I'm a collector and I love having "definitive" versions of games with all DLC on-disc. If I want to go back and play Borderlands 2 GOTY Edition or Skyrim: Legendary Edition in 10 years with all of their glorious DLC that add so much content, I can. It's a beautiful realization. That option isn't necessarily a...
I'm glad it wasn't made for the PS4 for two reasons:
1.) It would've stole Driveclub's thunder
2.) It would've been rushed for a launch release and would've turned out undercooked, like Forza 5.
"What is taking up so much space?" I'll answer the question in one sentence: Microsoft's shitty operating system(s) need a vast amount of cyclic redundancy checks (CRCs) to keep it in check and *try* to prevent errors.
CIS/CS student, out.
Pitchford shouldn't have been so unprofessional in his responses, however, gamers are increasingly becoming more and more like entitled assholes. I'd like to see the people criticizing games for the smallest things try to make a game... It's not easy work. From every aspect... Art, writing, design, programming, etc. He should've researched the Wattle Gobbler DLC before buying it. A few mins. of gameplay would reveal whether he'd think it would be a worthwhile investment or...
Spank your ass three times and yell out the window "I'M AN IDIOT, I'M BUYING THE WRONG CONSOLE!"
My predictions:
Forza 5 - 10/10
Dead Rising 3 - 10/10
Ryse - 10/10
(From Microsoft paying for those scores... I'm looking at you especially, Polygon)
Does this idiot not realize that Titanfall could easily be ported to the Linux/OS X versions of Steam? I'm getting more fed up with Microsoft and its inept employees by the day. Windows is the WORST OS amongst the three that Steam supports.
Freezing ≠ Overheating (always). It could've been entirely a software issue, for all we know. Once again, journalists trying to blow things out of proportion to steal the headlines.
I greatly disagree. Dead Island got a GOTY edition, so why shouldn't Dishonored? It's much more of a stronger candidate for a GOTY type game than Dead Island was. It's an excellent game that I want to own in my collection at all times, along with all of the DLCs on-disc. I plan on selling my vanilla copy and buying this. The difference in cost would be less than buying all the DLCs individually.
So you're saying that Destructoid has a well established history and good quality reviewers? I'm not seeing your logic here.
@IrishGuy95 QC i7 3.4 32/3TB/680 MX 2GB lol Fail.
And Madcatz wouldn't make controllers if it weren't for the consoles. Console gamers are 90%+ of their revenue. They suck anyways... Madcatz lol
