Well, considering this is presumably a full retail game (~$50-$60 or the equivalent in other currencies if it's not imported), yes. Paying $50-$60 for something that looks this atrocious in 2014 is unacceptable to me.
PS3 launch titles from 8 years ago look better than this P.O.S. and that's coming from someone who's just as big of a GOJIRA fan as anyone here. Difference is, I don't have a veil of delusion. I know **** when I see it and this is it.

Why the incessant argument about Forza Horizon 2 vs. Driveclub? Both look fantastic. Between those two and The Crew, we're lucky to be getting so many great racing games. I don't own an Xbox One, but my brother does, so I'll be playing Horizon 2 on his. He, however, doesn't own a PS4, but I do, so he'll be playing Driveclub on mine.

When they originally started teasing this game back in the day, I was envisioning a Halo-style FPS MMO akin to Defiance (but of course more refined with that Bungie production value). The reality is it's just not really like that.
Doesn't mean it's bad though, just different than I think the expectation that people built up in their head prior to launch.

Tomb Raider was a very well established PS franchise. Same can't be said for GTA on PC (GTA3 was when it really took off) so your "parallel" is pretty much null & void.

I can't quite put my finger on Destiny from the time I've played so far. I do love how dynamic the world is and it's seriously impressive to think about all of the matchmaking, hosting, etc. that underlies it all without getting in the way. But on the other hand, there's a meh part of it too. I guess it just gets a little repetitive maybe? I just need to keep playing it more... It's definitely a worthwhile experience or I would've stopped playing.

I pre-ordered the iPhone 6+ last night and while I think it's going to be an amazing phone, it's not going to come anywhere close to the likes of the PS4 for an overall gaming experience... No smartphone is.
Mobile gaming is its own niche thing. I'm not really into it. At any given time, I maybe only have 3-5 iOS games installed on my iPhone. That's what my PS Vita is for.
