Horizon is cool, but I think Aloy has to go, probably a hot take, but whatever. I suppose to go more in depth as to what I mean is that the world of Horizon seems well thought out and is unique and it has loads of potential, but there is something about the characters and a bit of the writing that seems not only unrelatable but somewhat generic at times?
Nothing seems to really stick and it always seems like while playing you're just going through the motions to get to some place...
I mean on the opposite side of that spectrum Samus Aran is supposed to be 6ft 3 and weighs 198lbs without any of her power armor, so imagine that in VR and let's take it a step further with Master Chief hahaha, Aloy being modest is refreshing. Damn...Metroid or Halo in a true VR experience...yes please.
People who are such big fans of games from what would be considered a part of Playstation's exclusive library in the past, why would they not own a Playstation console in the first place? This is coming from someone whose owned a Playstation every generation as well as other consoles alongside it.

The only thing Microsoft needs to be focusing on in the Xbox department right now is Games. No more gimmicks or empty and delayed promises, Halo in VR being able to be a Spartan under the helmet or Master Chief would be god-like, but that needs to wait until they get their game situation in order.
Damn, I'm surprised this is getting so much positive press VR is usually hit or miss and if it's being compared to Half-Life Alyx then it's a definite must for the VR experience.
I understand that kids who may not know play the game too, but the reality is that they shouldn't that's what the ESRB is for so as long as the game is rated appropriately there shouldn't be an issue. On the flip side I know most parents don't monitor what they're kids are doing or playing, but it's not up to the dev teams and the publishers to babysit for the parents.

Nioh and especially Nioh 2 are the very definition of sleeper titles, the character creator in Nioh 2 alone was well worth it, I feel like Wo Long Fallen Dynasty is going to be very successful though and they'll finally get the recognition they deserve, for their take on the Souls genre.
I played the demo on PC, probably going to get it on PS5 but I think I saw a language option in settings, not sure if it's voiced or not, but if so I would recommend just changing it to Japanese or something.

Resident Evil Co-Op is something that needs to be revisited, recently went back and played 5 with a friend and we're going to play 6 again soon enough. Capcom's problem is they want to appeal to too many audiences instead of letting RE just be what it is. I could write a essay on how I don't like that over the years RE's main games have gone from fixed camera to third person to first person and how every time they do this they have a habit of escalating the hell out of the gam...

They should remake 6, it would be more value for your money and it will give them a chance to better organize one of the finale acts of the older Resident Evil lore. 5 doesn't need to be remade honestly, was playing it a few days ago with a friend and the game and its direction serves its purpose pretty well.
Seeing Sheva again with the RE Engine would be nice but 6 was a much more robust title.
