Epic Games is expanding their market in all directions. The more agnostic companies are with which platform they choose to place their content on, the more money they make.

There's a reason you have so many bubbles.
You're like Ghandi.
Halo needs to die already.
Halo: Combat Evolved
Halo 2
Halo 3
Halo Wars
Halo: ODST
Halo: Reach
We have enough Halo. Why do people keep buying the same game over and over again? It's annoying. Xbox gamers need to learn to play something new.
Bungie isn't making the games anymore so gamers should abandon the franchise.
No. Epic Games only had a 3 game exclusivity deal with Microsoft. If this is the 4th installment in the franchise it's probably going multiplatform. Especially since Epic Games just expanded to Japan - where the Xbox is nonexistent and the Wii isn't powerful enough to display AAA games to show off the Unreal Engine - Epic Games' primary source of revenue.
I bet this ends up on the PS3. Epic Games IS a third party game company after all. Unless Microsoft pays some...
I agree.

That's exactly right, but don't forget the booming casual market and digital download space amidst all the AAA generic blockbusters.
The gaming industry is in a renaissance right now.
Yeah, the tech-heavy games have huge budgets so publishers take less risks, but the independent developers who have smaller budgets (iPhone, Facebook, WiiWare, Wii, PlayStation Network, Xbox Arcade) are probably making games that can satisfy your itch.

Home has 236 games. Try to learn what you're talking about before you talk crap on it.

It's the economy.
During a recession $60 is a lot of money, and people who are on a tight budget are reluctant to take risks when buying brands they do not recognize.
Brutal Legend or Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2?
Which is a known hit? Call of Duty.
Because of this fear of uncertainty, they demand sequels and the industry supplies them....over and over again.
We will begin to see fresh, innovative gam...
Microsoft and Google are both software companies.
If TV is coming to Xbox LIVE then it will be made by Microsoft.
Google TV is more likely to appear on the PlayStation 3. Sony is a hardware company and Google partner after all.
I was hyped about GT5, but then realized it was going to be another Gran Turismo game and un-hyped myself. I bought the game, and I fucking love it.
...Oh the magic of underestimating a product.
Good developers start with the PS3's independent parts (cell broadband engine and dual RAM) then merge the code to put onto the PC and Xbox.
Bad ports are made when developers create unified code and attempt to divide it up for the PS3.
Yeah it was my first PS2 game as well. It was awesome. I think I'll go play it on my backwards compatible 320GB PS3. =DD

It was awesome.
Those are awesome games, but I wouldn't go so far to say that it trumps PlayStation 2's entire library.
Don't forget PS2's could also play PS1 games...

Crash Bandicoot
Spyro the Dragon
Rayman
Oddworld
Resident Evil
Metal Gear Solid
...yeah. Xbox is cool, and the console its self was way better than the PS2, but its games that matter. Hell an Xbox 360 is just a relaunched Xbox with...
You can buy a 320GB hard drive for $60 like I did.

Hell yeah it's a coupon service! That's the point!
I paid $50 to use Sony's bandwidth and servers for 15 months and I get discounted content throughout the year!
Not only that, I get:
4 free games a month, early access to demos, exclusive access to betas, free themes, and free avatars.
It's related to XBL because it's the competition of PSN, and to play games online on XBL you must pay $60 for 12 months.
Lol... Small world.
You got owned.

They've changed it, they just decided to go with their brand-recognized controller. The dualshock design is associated with the PlayStation brand about as much as the Sony or PS logos. Changing it would probably cause a dip in potential sales.
