I have always wondered about Elena's model myself, well her face to be specific. Something about her face just doesn't seem realistic enough. Every other character has pretty good finishing touches but Elena has always come about as "still needs some fine tuning". That's just me though.
But the character model certainly looks updated in U2.
would the box be plastic or steel. It would be nice if its steel construction.

I was under the impression that it might end up with another 7. something score from GS but glad to know this one managed to leave a good impression on them.
Plus I like any game that takes place in times of myths and legends, fighting dragons and all sorts of creatures from hell. Furthermore, this game is from makers of Mass Effect right? So I don't doubt that this game will be awesome.
because for goodness sake it takes to long to get in, and sometimes it even freezes my ps3. I haven't had problems with any other game though.
Blood Omen and Soul Reaver, plus Dino Crisis. Those too are some of the best games. But I would really like to see RE-3 remade, it was awesome.

the game was literally meant for only one play through and wasn't at all engaging as the past games, it was over-hyped quite honestly. Almost every other game they mentioned is worthy of score higher than 95. Of course, that's my opinion.
but I don't know how much trust I should have in them. I've always wanted to try Apple but unfortunately I just got myself a new PC, couldn't afford a Mac at this point.
they have already implemented many innovations that would make the game fun, if they do any more they would be taking a huge risk. I mean just look at the Mario games, it's not like they have evolved their core gameplay by much: it still plays the same way so why does that get close to perfect scores: nostalgia maybe?

Normally I don't sit around when my bros play games, but with U2, we would take turns playing it and watch the progress. It's just pure enjoyment.
they still look a bit like plastic, there's too much shine to them. But minor control issues aside (basically during climbs), this is a great game, it's better than movie.
But we shouldn't criticize the reviewer like that, meaning he did it to get hits, well maybe he did or maybe he didn't. Not everyone would end up giving U2 a perfect score, because face it some people are harder to impress.
what if 360 too had these two devices(Blu ray and HD) as standards, things would certainly have been different, in a lot of ways.
plus, they need to improve few textures here and there, for example look at those fireballs, the yellow lines have a squarish-zig-zag shape to them.
I so wish they could have just upgraded the whole look of the game while keeping everything else the same. I mean like new high-poly models, but sadly that would have taken longer.
but the game itself is what else: Super Awesome :D!
but I agree with one thing though, I too had trouble with the controls especially in the train sequence (it got somewhat confusing), sometimes you have to be very accurate how you rotate the analog stick to jump in certain direction.
Otherwise, I am enjoying the game. It's nearly flawless.
released the demo on PSN for everyone to enjoy. It doesn't makes sense for them to force us to drive down to game store or place an order online in order to get the demo code. That doesn't guarantee them GOW sales as people can cancel their order just as easily as they placed it after they get their codes. Those who want to buy will buy the game. Having it on PSN will be less of a hassle.
