yeah the story is really good, especially compared to the recent RE games but the gameplay is a bit stiff and outdated. =/

gaming is crap now. I buy like 2 new games per year and then back to my retro games. Capcom ruined DMC, they killed Megaman. Jrpg's are dead and the few that are still getting released are just crappy anime garbage like Neptunia and so on... Then we get great games like Mass Effect and Dead Space only to get ruined by devs chasing dat Call of Duty money, even Uncharted is guilty of this.

thank god there are still Japanese game developers like Kojima Production and the Sega team from Yakuza series because I really can't see myself playing these annoying crappy anime games anymore.

I didn't even notice when the PS Store became this big. So much content now it's crazy!
I want a GoPro to film stuff while surfing, a new laptop and Yakuza 5. Maybe a new HDtv since the one I have is from 2005 and is showing its age with the poor image quality... It's getting darker and darker and I have to turn up the brightness and then it messes up the contrast and colors.
I want Suikoden II too but man, people are crazy selling this game with no box or manual and the disc full of scratches for $100! If only Konami would be nice to put the stupid game on ...
before video games they blamed story-books. People always want to blame their fault on other stuff; if video games didn't exist then they would put the blame on something else...

But FF13 trailers looked awesome too... You can never tell how good a game will be based on this stuff. Especially when more than half of the trailer is just one cut-scene after the other with only like 40 seconds of unfinished gameplay. Square are masters of deceptio...
if that happens then nothing will change anyway, Square's fanbase is huge. That's why they keep milking FF13, because they know their fans will buy anything with the "Final Fantasy" name on it and we are talking about 2-3 million games sold by default. And they can keep reusing assets and characters so making these crappy sequels should be pretty cheap for them.
If only Working Designs had dedicated fans like those.... ;__;

and it will happen. Devs will want to make games look prettier and like we have already seen with the 30 frames DMC reboot people can't even tell the difference! Most people say that the DMC reboot is just as fast as the old DMC's. Just look at the bunch of people defending the game on the Demon Sex article of 1000 degrees.... -__-
cus they are cheap to make and they sell well. If not then they wouldn't be making them!
I know the N64 didn't have many games but that's no excuse to scrap the barrel. Mystical Ninja wasn't a very good game. And believe me I know!
For that time I was a Nintendo fanboy that refused to buy a PS1 but the N64... It had very few games so I ended up buying a PS1 near its life cycle and then I turned into a PS fanboy addicted to Jrpg's. XD
that's true man. They release all these tools to jailbreak the system but what people really do with them is use it to play pirated games.
