the limitation of the technology is what makes you think that in combination with the camera on top. For example, if this game were re-created in fully 3D with the exact same level design the dungeons would feel just as restrictive and linear as FFXIII's corridors. it's different. You can't really create another game like this with today's technology. This game was made the way it was due to the limitations of the technology at the time and it turned out fine just because of insanely lucky timing.

but even Mario Kart stays truer to the Mario art-style and concept than this generic mess that wants to pass as a Metal Gear game. The character models are super generic, the story sounds ultra crap, Raiden went through a personality change and the game can't be more cheesy simply because it isn't possible! That's the difference!

PS2 are known to have unreliable lasers so buying used is not an option. My PS2 slim is just 1 year old and sometimes the discs don't spin and the loading are like really long. BC is extinct so the only way to play the games would be through emulation.
But one can't be real on N4G because the fanboys will take away your bubbles and flood you with disagrees. On this site the comments with the most disagrees are often the ones you should believe the most.

it's funny to think that only 2 persons are working on this HD conversion.
they are cheap and easy to install too but the average joe doesn't knows that.
then again the Cell is bad because is hard for Devs to program for but it offers much more processing power than the garbage CPU on an APU. ;__;
it wouldn't work because APU is x86 & x64 while the Cell is a completely different architecture. The only thing that comes to mind is that article about switchable GPU ( http://www.examiner.com/art... ) because the Cell could use the GPU on the APU to render PS3 games (you know for BC).
