I'm gonna buy a PS4 day one so it's irrelevant to me if it comes for PS3 or PS4 because it will be an awesome game anyway.
I still have this game but I have only played it twice for like 10-15 minutes. XD
PS3 is limited by its memory so even if devs could squeeze the Cell a bit more nothing can be done if there's no memory left. Sony has already shrinked the OS's memory foot-print all they can and is still bigger than the Xbox's OS but that's just how it is. =/

41 games is pretty good for a launch of a new console and after this more and more will be added since devs will want to crack that market too.

don't joke about that I think it's true! Maybe not for launch because of the small fanbase but I can see it being released on PS4 and even going multiplat since by then every console will have high-capacity discs just like the PS3.

I might buy this just because of the return of the World Map. I hope more Japanese developers start making JRPG's with the old classy World Map.

I'm fine with them blocking the online portion and forcing people to pay an additional amount of money to be able to play it if they bought the game used since that costs money to maintain but to block the entire game (single player campaigns) is just stupid.
how? The PS4 is not even out yet and nobody knows if this patent will be put to use or not.
what you guy don't realize is that Sony's our savior. Since they now own the patent to restrict used games on consoles now if MS or other company wants to do something similar they'll need to pay money to Sony and instead of doing that they will not block used games.

the reboot doesn't even plays like a DMC game. Have you ever played Heavenly Sword? Well, that's what this DMC reboot is and not to mention the 30 frames, the horribly slow and pointless cancels and combos with no timing or skill required. And what about the broken damage boost after a demon/angel dodge? That's no DMC man... That's gameplay for scrubs.
the problem with Xenogears is that it's just sooo easy an then it has so much more text than gameplay that it feels more like a visual novel. Yeah the story is good but it would have been better as an anime, trilogy of movies or something rather than the boring game that it is.
