Mafia 2's open world was mostly for the atmosphere, if you even want to call it open world. Sony's got a great line-up coming, there's no denying that. If you do it's because you're immature and buy into flame war bullshit. Microsoft's line-up, while not as diverse or strong, is still good with lots of exciting games on the horizon. What do you mean Microsoft doesn't support their console? They release great updates to the dashboard every few weeks that add new features or make fixes...you can have your opinion, but at least sound a little smarter about it...

That wasn't really a review...it basically said what you can do in the game and is all the same info you could have garnered from reading previews. These are exactly the kind of reviews that I expected to see with Bethesda's handling of review copies...not to mention this wasn't written well in the slightest, very choppy.

Gears of War doesn't need stealth nor does its gameplay need to change or improve really. It's still easily the top of the class when it comes to third person shooter. The AI in Gears of War 4 is also much better than previous games. Your companions don't get in your way and are much faster at responding to you when you're down and making their way to you.

I don't think anyone's surprised...it's just a potential confirmation that the option to play the game offline won't be available. It's a question that's inevitably asked, and dodged quite often by developers working on games like this, or The Division or Destiny.

I'm really interested to see how this plays out. The biggest issue I've had with the campaigns in Battlefield 3 & 4 was the pacing and how the story would start off OK, and then just fizzle out. Hopefully doing it this way allows each episode to last maybe an hour or two and provide us with a easy to digest story. I'm also really impressed with the cinematic work they showed off in the trailer.
