How exactly was I trolling? You pretty much just added more credence to what I already said regarding third party software selling horribly on the console.
And I specifically said there were some great titles released on the console over the past year that have helped.

Nope, Lords of the Fallen 2 is being developed in-house now by CI Games, while Deck13 is doing their own thing with, The Surge, now.
Nope, they ended their contract with CI Games and have since moved over to Focus Home Interactive for publishing of their games.
It's not about expecting games like COD, or BF to have them. It's about other developers stepping in to create a more diverse modern FPS environment with stories that aren't just action filled Hollywood flicks.
I like what MOH: Warfighter attempted to do, but the writing just wasn't good enough. I think a lot of devs are really careful with tackling subjects that hit so close to home for so many people, but there's a lot of stories that deserve to be told and video games would be a fantastic way to do it.
I think the Brothers in Arms series has some of the best story telling in any FPS series that's not fantasy related.

Morrowind is already available, and now they're working on porting Oblivion and Shivering Isles expansion. It's amazing how much longevity modders add to games, and now that console owners will be able to access mods with Fallout 4, I can't wait to see what people create.

I think that's how it should go really. But, from looking at these comments already, everyone has a different opinion of what each of those terms seems to mean, and that's all thanks to the screwed up marketing techniques thrown around.
I'd play Shadow of Mordor first. The game hasn't officially been re-released yet for PC, so the bugs haven't been fixed as of now.

That's what the article implies btw if you read it (or maybe you did). I think introductions need to do a better job of connecting you with the other characters and such, while being more interactive in nature rather than cutscenes.
Be sure to check out the trailer in the article, the game looks really cool, aside from the fact that there's not much to see in terms of actual gameplay just yet. We'll be speaking with the devs in August to learn more about the game.

Having COD, Star Wars etc locked down isn't really going to bump the sales that much. Those marketing deals are just a bonus to everyone that was already planning purchasing the game, unless you have both consoles.
But there's certainly a lot of diversity coming out and that's always good to have. People think the Xbox One still isn't diverse though, and I heartily disagree with that.
