What a lot of people don't realize is that it's not a lower resolution because the developers are lazy. They intentionally lower it so they have the ability to do other things instead. Sacrifice a bit of resolution that you'd never notice from just playing the game in order to improve lighting or allow more particle effects, etc.

Because the terms of service can't extend past the law. The terms of service only allows a company to decide whether or not a person can use their service or not. If you break their rules, you can't use their service. Although, there are also limits to this, as it has to be fair for the consumer as well. So, breaking TOS doesn't mean breaking the law.

The campaign is not 60 hours.. he's talking about multiplayer. SP is 10 hours, and to reach max rank will supposedly take 50 hours. Which doesn't really mean much, look how long it takes to reach max rank in battlefield: I'm rank 28 after 62 hours of play, and it goes up to 50.
