Sorry but I call BS on this! PS4 IS the successor to PS3 just like PS3 was the successor to PS2 and PS2 was the successor to the PS1. This sounds to me like a lame attempt at justifying the lack of BC on PS4 and encouraging gamers to have both PS3 and PS4 connected.

Not for PC guys. They have to brag about the hardware because that's all they've got. Consoles absolutely rape PC's when it comes to content. Sorry but it's the truth. If you own a console, you are guaranteed great exclusives and you also get to enjoy ports of most of the better PC titles. However PC owners cannot play any of the great console exclusives.
GOD yes!! The lack of RPG's this generation has been the single biggest letdown for me, especially considering how many incredible RPG's we had on PS1 and PS2! Yes there have been some good ones this generation but the selection has been sparse compared to previous generations. Lets hope that we can get back to having a good selection of RPG's next generation!
Right. And MS could really use that to their advantage at the unveil of the next Xbox if they come out and announce 100% backwards compatibility and dlc carry over for all 360 content.
Not really sure why so many are hung up on a frame rate. For certain genres like racing, sports, fighting games, etc. Yes I can understand why 60fps is important. However cinematic type 3rd person games like Thief, Assassins Creed, Tomb Raider, GTA, Resident Evil, Uncharted, Metal Gear, etc I don't really see the importance of it. As long as the frame rate is smooth and doesn't fluctuate I don't see the big deal.
I would like to see the system unveiled along with more detail and price structure of their network for PS4. Save the games for E3.
