I will be happy if it is offered on PS4! ;-)
Agreed! Knack looks fantastic!

I have heard some rumors between all the salivating over Kinect and Illumiroom and Skype and Facebook and Netflix and XBox Live that the system may actually play video games. Can anyone confirm that?
God help them if Skype is Microsoft's "killer app" for the Infinity.
The game is overly "clinical" and tedious to play. That's a start. Does not have proper car damage. Does not have very good A.I. Does not offer much in terms of customization. Tracks by and large are not very interesting. Too much unbalance between premium and standard cars.
I agree. I honestly just don't see the point. Polyphony cannot possibly push the PS3 hardware any further than it's been pushed already. What exactly could GT6 possibly offer gamers that they don't already have in GT5? Any improvements or changes should be saved for PS4 hardware.
"It hasn't faded at all, but naturally the buzz isn't as big right now as it was when they first announced it because everything that's been needed to be said about that has"
Um, isn't that the very definition of "faded?"
Indie titles have been some of the most enjoyable on PS3. Titles such as Journey, Flow, Flower, The Unfinished Swan, Fat Princess, Super StardustHD, Pixeljunk Shooters, Guacamele, etc have been a blast to play! I welcome even more indie titles to appear on PS4
Couldn't this be said at the beginning of ANY new console generation though? There is always uncertainty when you're starting from scratch and building a brand new userbase from the ground up. I do not agree with his views based on the Wii U's performance. IMO the development of the Wii-U was a reaction to what I call "tablet panick." As a result, Nintendo introduced a very weak console with a horrible controller/tablet hybrid that is neither a great controller, nor a ...
Come launch day I will walk out of the store with a copy of Knack and Killzone: SF. I love platformers and let's be honest, you just dont find games like this on Xbox.
In before "Oh no that means first generation games will be as good as it gets in the graphics department."
399.99 for the hardware. If it comes in higher than that, I'll wait. Not spending any more than that.
Then explain why 1st generation games like Killzone:SF and Thief are going to run at 30fps instead of 60. Not saying you're wrong in terms of these being modified versions of the retail chips, but I do question just HOW "high end" these systems will really be when you can't even get your first gen games at 60fps.
Bioshock Infinite is my game of the year so far! However that may change after The Last of Us and Beyond: Two Souls come out.
To quote the late great Steve Jobs...
"The thing about Microsoft is....they have no taste."
I think that pretty much sums it up. I can already see this coming a mile away. MS will continue to allow the next Xbox to be the multiplatform machine. They'll continue to allow 3rd parties to do all the heavy lifting for them. They'll continue to throw money at 3rd parties for annoying DLC timed exclusives and what not while they themselves c...
Not true at all! In fact I harshly criticized Sony when they brought out the Move controller because, just like Kinect, Wiimote, Illumiroom, VR glasses, etc it was nothing more than a gimmick to compete with the Wii. I want GAMES not gimmicks!
Pfft PLEASE! How exactly does this "revolutionize" anything? It's a projector! No matter what is projecting off of your walls, your focal point is still on your TV. If anything, this would be a distraction from the game. This isn't holographic gaming folks. You still have to focus on your TV screen to play. This is just more gadgetry to distract gamers from the fact that the Xbox doesn't have much in terms of exclusive content.
I had 2 original Xbox's. Both crapped out on me. I was going to get a 360 and then the RROD fiasco happened so I decided not be an adopter. I hope MS bucks the trend with faulty hardware this time around.
