It's definitely not a racing game for the faint of heart.

Japan would be awesome!

Other locations would like or hope to see in the future would be Africa, Russia, and Australia. Also if they ever do a U.S. track pack I'd like to see some metropolitan tracks like downtown Seattle, Chicago, New York, or Boston.

God I hope so just so some of you will STFU.

Funny you cite Gran Turismo 5 because when it comes to collision and corner penalties, it does the exact same thing once you progress to a certain level in career mode.

For me it's not the price holding me back, it's the available games to play. Very few that are available so far are ones that interest me in playing or playing again. They have God of War Ascension, but no God of War 3 or collection? No Uncharted trilogy? No Gran Turismo 5 or 6? No Mod Nation Racers? No Heavy Rain? No Beyond: Two Souls? No LBP 1 and 2? No Ni No Kuni? Make some of these games available Sony and we'll talk.

While the PS4 itself is a wonderfully designed console sold at a reasonable price, you cannot attribute the PS4's success solely to the PS4 itself. The PS4 is successful because the PlayStation brand had earned a reputation for 3 straight generations of delivering a widely diverse and high quality library of games and Sony supports their platforms for a long time. That trend is not going to change with the 4th generation and the majority of gamers know that. Bottom line is gamers TRUST...

Couldn't have said it better. The PlayStation brand has earned a reputation of delivering a widely diverse and high quality library of games for 3 straight generations and that will not change at all for it's 4th generation. If you are not a fan of PlayStation, you're simply not a fan of gaming.

One thing the video doesn't capture though is the difference in frame rate between the two ( Project Cars runs at 60fps). I wish the video could have captured the FPS differential. Driveclub is most certainly the more impressive looking game BUT to be fair, the boost in framerate would have certainly helped Project Car's case in this video comparison.

Biggest gripe I have with PS4 is the lack of multimedia app support. Xbox One has HBO Go, FX, Fox Now, USA, ESPN, NFL, etc. I mean Jesus Sony! Can we at LEAST get HBO Go? Literally every other electronic device I own supports the HBO Go app! Besides, wasn't this promised to be coming to PS4 in 2014? What happened? Is MS money hatting all of these networks to keep their apps off of PS4? Makes no sense given the fact the PS4 userbase is nearly double that of the Xbox One!

I'm saying life's too damn short. If some of you want to continue to play this ridiculous game of "don't blink" with Sony then be my guest. Have fun! In the meantime I'll continue to enjoy Driveclub and all it offers.

Those who would deny themselves a great racing experience are the stupid ones IMO.

Ripsta7th,

The Plus edition is a glorified demo. Yet you act like we were promised the full game. If you want to continue to kick rocks and deny yourself a fantastic racing experience because of some stupid "principle" then be my guest. I'll continue to wave at you in my Ferrari 599 GTO as I'm on my 5th lap racing in extreme dynamic weather at Oliver's Landing in Canada. Have fun pouting!

You say that as if consumers should feel guilty or be ashamed for not supporting the Wii-U like it's their fault. That's nonsense. The market dictates what they want, not the other way around.

The bottom line is that Nintendo made a gross miscalculation with the design of the Wii-U. The design of the Wii-U is a direct result of tablet panic. So many "experts" and analysts were convinced that tablet gaming was taking over the gaming industry and that cons...

I don't think Nintendo solves their image problem by simply throwing more power at a console. It's much more complicated than that. The Wii-U is plenty powerful enough to develop beautiful looking games. Mario Kart, Smash Brothers, DK Tropical Freeze, Mario World 3D, Bayonetta 2, Monster Hunter, and Pikmin 3 already prove that.

Honestly, Nintendo's biggest problems are 1.) Their relationship with 3rd party developers, 2.) Their over reliance on established IP&#...

"Why would they need to port them?

They all seem to come on to PC at some point in time anyways"

LOL, I don't care who you are that's funny right there (and true with the exception of the "big 3" Halo, Forza, and Gears of War).

I bought 3. I got Mario, Yoshi, and Kirby. Do I think they're worth it? Ehhhh, not really. At least not for the purpose they were designed for. Do they look good as collectibles sitting on my bookshelf? Sure, I like them. They have pretty good detail. Personally if Nintendo had designed them as JUST figurines with no scanning tech built in and sold them for 5 bucks I would have bought way more. However at 13.00 a pop and considering how little they actually do, eh that's too ...

"this is the Nintendo Fusion and Fusion DS."

DougLord, this is the only part of your post I disagree with. I don't think Nintendo is releasing 2 products. I think it will be ONE product (why it's called "Fusion") to unify the handheld and home console markets. If there's any leaked info about them designing 2 systems, I believe it's a complete smokescreen.
