You're right. However great graphics and great gameplay DOES. Fortunately Driveclub has both in spades.
LOL you're adorable. You obviously do not own or play the game because there is nothing terrible about the gameplay at all. The gameplay is actually quite good.
LOL I love Driveclub but yeah, these articles are starting to get silly.
Damn good suggestion!!
As for an easier difficulty, I'm all for it as long they keep it optional and not force it on those who like the challenge.
Personally I'd rather had seen MS invest those resources in adding more development studios and new game IP's. Gizmos and gadgets aren't what makes me buy consoles. It's games.
@Douglord
So anyone who's skeptical of MS' cloud computing claims are automatically a Sony troll? I have both consoles and I'm very much tired of hearing about "the power of the cloud." Stop talking about and start showing us. I think that's all anyone is saying.
Cowboys and Indians COD?? Oh man sign me up! Now THAT would be something different and I could get on board with!
AMAZING!! Now THIS is next gen stuff!!
No you were supposed to get a glorified demo for free (1 location and 10 cars). Hardly the fulll game.
Yes it is a rush! That's why I love that view so much. It gives you both maximum visibility and sense of speed. I also turn off all HUD information except for the rear view mirror. I agree with you about getting too close to other cars, it completely blocks your view of the track.
"Sigh" and the vicious cycle continues. I hate how this industry has turned into annualized "McGaming." How do some of you continue to stay excited for this franchise? Dont' you get sick playing this same old shit year after year? Wouldn't you rather support games that actually try to innovate instead of shelling out big bucks for basically the same shit year after year? I haven't supported this franchise since Black Ops and I don't plan on supporting ...
Was anyone honestly surprised by this? I always assumed it would be 30fps. No big deal at all. Destiny is 30fps and plays fantastic.
I'm so glad they addressed the rain drops on the windshield in chase/bumper view. I typicaly play in the full screen "bumper" view and it would be annoying going through tunnels and the drops not fade away. I actually wish Evo would make the drops fade away a little quicker in those views since there are no wipers. There are times where it gets really difficult to see and I'm forced to go to cockpit view just so I can wipe the raindrops from my screen.
Because it's an exquisitely awesome console and if you're a serious gamer you have no reason NOT to own one.
The new DLC is my favorite yet! The Japanese tracks are fun as hell to race on! Also, the new graphical effects (heat wave and rainbows) are really nice!
I didn't mean to imply that getting rid of the light bar would fix the battery life. I just meant that it serves no purpose and really doesn't add anything to the gaming experience unless you're addicted to Play Room.
As for the rubber on the sticks, it's funny because I have two DS4's since launch and neither one of them even remotely show any wear and tear and believe me, I've played the hell out of my PS4. I think some people are just inherently...
Longer battery life is the only thing I have a problem with. Really at this point I think Sony should consider just getting rid of the light bar altogether. I don't feel like it really adds all that much to the experience.
I know. They carry on like Sony promised the full game. The Plus edition is ONE location and 10 cars. That's it! That's nothing! That's a demo. I guess we should boycott all games that do not contain a playable demo, LOL.
I'm not so much defending Evolution as I am just not understanding the mentality of some gamers on here.
"I'm not buying the game on principle because Sony promised a free Plus version."
Well that's your prerogative of course, however my way of thinking is that it seems silly to deny yourself a great racing experience at an amazing price on some principle. The Plus version is a glorified demo anyway. It's not like Sony promised...
I agree with him. DOA basically represents everything I despise with the video game industry. It's time the industry grew up and stop producing juvenile garbage like this. If people want video games to start being recognized as a serious art form like books and film, crap games like DOA need to stop existing. This also goes for other franchises like Metal Gear, God of War, etc. I love those franchises but Clean up your act and stop using needless salacious scenes in your game to sell...
