PC have and that is the way it's always been, video games should not. I like to put the disk in and play.
And email. People would phone or get up and walk across the office and talk. Now its either email or text. All interaction lost.
I'm with you, have a Desire now trying trophy, took a few days to get use to the UI but now my Desire does not get used. Looking forward to the updates in Jan and Feb. Zune, windows live and Xbox live support wins it for me. But nicer browser on Desire running 2.2 (BBC iPlayer and embedded video support is what miss.)
Will it have 4 player or just 2?
We got kinect and my wife sold our Wii. Having no controller or buttons is a big plus with small children.
I got my 12 year old son to do it for me :)
and me. I would also like a HD version of halo 2
Resi5 was rubbish even with the controller; I don't see how move could improve on the experience. One of the few games I did not even bother to finish as I found the controls very frustrating. I even managed to complete 'Alone in the dark' which also had bad controls., so I don’t give up easily.
I switched to family gold, as my son and I both had gold accounts. I also added in my sisters son. So we are saving a fair bit. I don't have the same profile issue as we keep our profiles and game saves on 8gb usb sticks. I do think that if I down load a game or dlc anyone I'm my family should be able to use it on any console without me being logged in. But its no big issue.
Replacements are free, you don't need to upgrade the hdd, as the games do not require installs like the ps3 and WiFi is an option, my xbox has WiFi but I still connect it with a cable. So its only live that you pay for, which is about $5 a month.
This is what CVG said about the graphics, I can not comment as I don't a copy of GT5
"Gran Turismo used to be the benchmark for visuals, but over the five years it's taken to put GT5 in a jewel case, the game's begun to look decidedly pedestrian. Overall - and we NEVER thought we'd say this - we reckon Forza III has the march on GT5 in overall aesthetics."
And if it did come on 4 DVDs, how is this any different to doing a 50 min...
Your number 8 is the only must for me.
Sold mine last Friday, kids never used it. I'll put the money towards there Christmas.
It's all about time, money and resources. Not all company's can delay things like PD where able to do with GT5.
Our Wii never got used, kids never asked for any games on it. As a result my wife asked if her friend could buy if off us, so last night it went. So yes I would say it's dead in our house.
Yes, very pleased with it. Sold my Wii today, my wives idea as she prefers Kinect.
And what games does the ps eye have?
That's mainly down to Japan, and Japan don't buy that many games developed in the Western world.
You can not play many games, if you only play games that match UC2.
