wont this stop the IR blaster working? I hate it when these companies make money from the uneducated, they will have a lid to go over the PS eye next (an eye-lid).

the xbox controller has IR leds in it, that the Kinect uses to help track the controller, so the same tech as ps eye uses.
the length is required for mic array to work properly and pin point who is talking
