I agree somewhat. I guess because Brotherhood was just a continuation of AC 2 is why it felt so similar. For me, I wanted to continue the story and I'm glad I did, I think AC:BH's fliffhanger ending was awesome.
I don't expect much improvements with Revelations but I'm still getting it because I'm enjoying the story so far. I think[hope] we'll see a great improvement in AC3.
I know, the MP trophies in AC BH were very annoying and were nearly impossible to get without having buddies help you out. But these ones seem reasonable.
Spider-who? Edge of huh?
Batman gets my $$$ no doubt.
I think they took a wrong turn with the series. lol.
Batman AC, here I come!
I've actually found batman AA and AC to be more 'grown-up' looking than any other superhero game i've played. If you want to see childish, take a look at the last few spider-man games.
I agree, not every game needs MP .. why not emphasize SP or even offline MP like the good old days when games were good.
Any game I play I usually start on the hardest difficulty to get the full intelligence of the AI, lol. But yeah, the previous UC's took me over 12 hours because I like to explore for treasures, and just look into the horizon sometimes.
I know UC is not an open world game, and I wouldn't want it to be, but I would like more than 1-2 ways to get to certain checkpoints sometimes.
After I complete the game, I'll most likely go into 'crushing'...
I played Assassin's Creed on PC because at that time, I didn't own any consoles and the game looked a bit interesting. I just didn't dig the whole medieval feel of it. But after playing a few minutes, I was surprised.
When ACII came along, again I was on the fence because I thought it'd be the same ol' thing again - Assassinate, side mission, assassinate, side mission, etc. But they mixed it up and added more variation to the missions.
Aft...
Having only played MGS4 in the series, I must say apart from the massive cutscenes, it's probably my favourite PS3 game, I still play MGO to this day. Uncharted and GOW come in a close second.
I've never enjoyed FPS as well, or even FP-view games for that matter. I get that you're supposed to 'be' or feel the character you're playing, but like you said it feels like your controlling a camera, which I find to be true. Plus I feel more 'badass' when I can actually see what I'm doing in character-form.
Another reason I can't play FP games is mainly because of the camera, I get motion-sickness when moving/looking around. After about ...
Meh, there's a new SF every year. What else is new.
Resurrect Killer Instinct and have MK vs KI.
The end.
The Uncharted games is probably one of my favourite PS3 series, but my only problem I have is the movement and the shooting. The characters feel like they're skating, you don't really 'feel' the weight of the character - it looks awkward, like he's hopping around. The shooting feels 'spammy', no matter how good you think your aim is, the best thing if you want to survive is just spam the hell out of the enemy.
I think MGS4 really spoiled me in ter...
I never played Demon Souls, but I'm pretty hyped for this game. I enjoy RPG's but this looks to be very 'punishing' to say the least. I want to get into this game, but I fear I'll get pissed/annoyed after dying over and over, and never want to play it again. lol. I still get nightmares of "YOU DIED.." from RE1 lmao. Still, I might get this one or wait for Batman.
^^^^ ITA, for that reason I can't take this game seriously anymore. I'll just wait for the reviews first.
Hmm, now its a XBL/PSN title? I'll wait for the reviews. What I can't figure out from the trailer - is it first-person/third person? platforming looks like third, but fighting looks like a combo, or maybe there's an option for shoulder-view? I dunno, I would like a third=person style since FPV's give me motion-sickness.
ITA, I have more fun socializing using my Metal Gear Online character with my buddies.
Yeah, the action was just QTE's, hit triangle here, L1/R1 there. I was hoping I would be in control of the character, but I guess the game is more linear that way than I thought.
lmao! I wish, home is so boring.
Well I believe the areas in AC are blocked because of the memory you're in. As you progress in memories, you will eventually unlock those blocked districts.
