I agree with most, a 2013 holiday PS4 release would be great. We don't want to steal Vita's thunder next year. The only problem for me is that I've been burned with 'bad' launch consoles so I'll wait a bit before purchasing. Hopefully the PS4 launch model will be in it's 'slim' form. It would be awesome if we could customize the vid card/memory for longer life, but it could be costly.

KI is still my favourite fighter, so please NetherRealm DO IT! At least this way hopefully it could be multiplat.

I want to play as Desmond - modern-day assassin style in AC3. But I'd like to be able to play completely as stealth as an option, or add more stealth elements.

IKR, Heavy Rain was spoiled for me because someone mentioned who the killer was without saying it was a spoiler. I still enjoyed the game, but I knew from the beginning who the killer was which was a bummer.

Well like someone else mentioned, MGSR is multiplat and not necessarily HUGE for PS3. Maybe its exclusive MGSR content for PS3? or maybe MGS5 for PS3? That would def. make me ! my pants.

You mean Brotherhood :D

AC3 should be out next year apparently.

I like the new direction of this TR. There doesn't seem to be much 'tomb raiding' but more surviving by gathering what she can find and make use of. While the old TR games were great, the more recent ones kind of left a bad aftertaste on the original concept. Plus, I think UC improved on what TR was back in the day. So I wouldn't want to see another clone. I think I would like to see a bit of rpg elements mixed in with maybe open-world/island?

I agree with you on the replay. It's far too linear to warrant a 3rd playthrough for me. But I guess that's what the MP is for. Not a fan of UC's MP, but 1-2 plays of the SP is enough for me to buy this game - that and the offline co-op which I wish more games would have. I prefer to play with friends together, than isolated far away. Sure you're sacrificing half your play-screen, but it's just more fun with company.

ITA, was just going to post something similar in regards to UC's art direction. It IS more on the colourful/cartoonish side but ND does it beautifully. I still think for the war environment, MGS4 still impresses me. I love their character models.

I enjoyed the Eddie Raja battle with the monsters in that arena area more than the final boss. On crushing, all I would do is circle around one tree until the saps regenerated, very repetitive but effective. I like boss fights that scare the sh!t out of me, like Hades in God of War 3.

Having only played ME2 on PS3, I have taken a liking to the series. I love the RPG/Third-person shooter mix of it. I've never enjoyed MP for most games, but this one may be an exception. However, I aint getting excited until I see some actual gameplay.

This is probably one of the few MP experiences I'm looking forward to.

I hope the delays are beefing up this game. Great concept, but the demo looked a bit kiddy to me. It's still on my radar though.

Just ME3 and maybe Silent Hill Downpour for me, what happened to MGS: Rising?

Well Batman will keep me busy for another week or two, so I don't have to get UC3 right away. But like damnyouretall said, it gets to you just knowing that the game is out especially when you've been waiting so long for it.

I usually get games day one when I can afford it or don't have any other games to play. Otherwise I'll wait. Sometimes you find some good deals a week or two after release.

I love the Uncharted series, but it's not perfect [for me at least]. Great visuals, story-execution, and character developments are there but the gameplay for me - not so much. I agree that MGS4 holds up to it's 10/10 [even today]. I still play MGO regularly in fact.

Where Uncharted lacks [platforming, gunfights], MGS4 makes up for. And before everyone starts knockin', remember this is just my opinion.

Well back in 08, there was MGS4. I know it lacks somewhat in gameplay after act 2, but it's probably the most fun I'd had on my PS3 yet. I still play MGO regularly [which is underrated IMO]. UC is great for a weekend or two [I'm not much of a fan of the MP], but MGS4 is a game I can always pick up from any ACT and have a blast. But I'm sure UC3 will take the highest if not the highest review this year.

Nice, I still prefer the Black though, more classy and matches with my setup.

I agree, there is no stealth in AC besides the blending with civilians. The hiding in haystacks, wells, water, etc are pointless and I rarely use them because I can just outrun the enemies which I find more satisfying.

I would've liked to been able to hide in shadows, take cover behind objects, disguise with outfits [civilians, merchants, guards], set traps [besides luring with dead bodies, using courtesans/thieves/swordsman], etc.

The battles don't m...
