Early adopters always get stiffed and early adopters know this.
They buy an expensive, incomplete console with very few games. That's the way it is.

It could mean retailers are not ordering the amounts they were possibly because they are still trying to shift existing stock.

I'm really looking forward to pes 14 and moto gp but I might need to try sly too, this is the best ps+ month since I've joined (about 8 months ago).

In the UK the cheaper 80gb version with no backwards compatibility, only two usb ports and no card readers was released in august 2008, almost 18 months after the ps3s initial europe release.
The original sku was discontinued. This resulted in early adopters actually having a more feature rich console so in a sense they got their moneys worth.
