@mysticstrummer

I'm a bit like that, as in I not a fan of open world games, however, I'm not particularly a fan of linear story based games either.

What I want to start seeing are action games like uncharted with more dynamic style story telling in the similar vein to heavy rain. Where if you fail a bit or die the story takes a new turn or you take control of a different character instead of just being faced with that re-try screen - I hate those frea...

"I wonder how many xbox dedicated sites wrote articles about ps3 dropping its price just after 8 months in the market to better compete with 360?"

PS3 was already selling at a loss so that would have hurt sony a hell of a lot more than this hurt MS. Although wasn't that a hardware revision too? Was that not when they removed bc, the card readers and two of the usb ports?

This is the most enticing deal I've seen so far for PS4.

Probably in a minority here but as a new PS4 owner I would love to see some half price sales on some older games like Killzone Shadowfall and Infamous SS.

It was just the bundle (in UK).

I bought it, had a few games of Drive Club when I first got it home, thought it was pretty good but hadn't returned to it till two nights ago when I heard about this update.

The graphics in the rain are incredible, I've never seen anything like it and the handling and sense of speed is really cool. Still pretty rubbish at it, but getting better.

Watched a guy on Playstation Live last night doing time tr...

I don't think that's why he's getting the majority of his disagrees, at least that's not the reason I disagreed with him.

"that's awesome for just 42 Countries."

There's a reason he has just one bubble.

@Gamer1982

I'm going to assume that was meant as a reply to Foehammers comment and not mine.

That is a very good point though. You could argue that the xbox one is available to possibly twice as many people worldwide than the PS4, in which case the number of countries they are both available in really is absolutely meaningless.

"that's awesome for just 42 Countries."

You do realise that if any of these numbers are to be believed then about 70% of these sales are in just 2 countries.

That means they have sold less than 3 million in the other 40... "awesome"!

This is great, been wanting to try plants vs zombies.

What's more curious is how well the game was received by those early reviewers.

Almost all the reviews from the first few days of release scored the game above 90%.

Not one of those early reviews called it like it was.

"not dominating nothing"

So they're dominating everything?

What is it with you few week old accounts. You sign up, accuse everyone you disagree with of being delusional fanboys until you lose your bubbles, then you'll no doubt blame the 'biased bubble system', then we'll never hear from you again... at least not as Gamelover56.

I sincerely hope you're getting paid for this.

Pathetic = Holding gaming in such high regard.

Getting old = Realising there's more "epic", "fun", "deep", "involving", "creative" and entertaining things in life than sitting in front of a screen wiggling sticks and pressing buttons.

Believe it or not, I do enjoy gaming very much, I just think you're comment suggests you take it too far... IMO ofcourse.

I disagreed with him.

"Gaming is the best, most epic, most fun, most deep, most involving, most replayable, most addicting, most creative, most potentially expandable from of entertainment there is"

That just sounds a bit pathetic to me. Maybe I'm getting a little too old and cynical for this site.

"Well we're talking about the U.S. sales, not worldwide. See the title of the article? lol!!"

Then why did you start your first comment with...

"I'm a little confused here. Doesn't the PS4 have almost TWICE the amount of consoles sold then the XB1?"

Make up your mind, are you talking just US or worldwide?

Lol!!

@angel

I agree with the commenters above that the two situations are not comparable.

The PS3 caught the 360 by almost continuously outselling the 360 worldwide throughout the whole of last gen.

The One has not come close to equalling the worldwide sales of the PS4 at any point throughout the whole of their first year on the market.

For those reasons the two situations are not comparable.

The US and possibly U...

@ Dlacy

I don't think they're being particularly defensive, they're just stating facts.

And

I have to completely agree with SoapShoes, it really was just the xbox fanboys that thought the PS3 would not catch up.

Agree with you both. All they had to do was a few tweaks to make 2013 a bit harder and pes would become pro evo again. 2014 had those tweaks but the new engine obviously caused too many problems.

Downloaded it on PS3 when it was available through plus and got the world cup dlc. Played it alot, liked how they tried to up the difficulty compared to 2013, I liked 2013 alot but it's main problem was being far too easy.

Never played it on pc so don't know how it differs, but 'awesome' is certainly not a word I would use to describe the ps3 version.

Last year they apparently spent alot of their time adapting to the fox engine. According to s...

"PES 2015 doesn’t reinvent the wheel completely, but is a noticeable improvement on its predecessor"

Yet you gave its predecessor 9/10 too.

There's no way I can agree that 2014 was a 9/10. It had some good ideas but they were almost all unfinished.

I'm really sick of reading the same things every year.
