I also hate how you can't download purchased or rented video content to PS4.
I recently purchased season 5 of Game of Thrones from PSN as I couldn't wait for the DVD release.
I have never purchased video content before from PSN (only ever rented but renting TV programmes is not an option). I was disgusted to find there is no option to download purchased video content.

Exactly... It was the PS3's early failures that's secured the 360's success.
Pretty sure it hasn't sold more than PS3 worldwide, even with an additional year on the market.

I've never predicted a fight so accurately, before. So boring and now that it's monday, I'm really regreting staying up through the night to watch it.
Some games are definately too long, even some of the 6-8 hour ones, 2 hours of great plus 4-6 hours of rinse and repeat filler.
I'd like to see some 2 hour campaigns centred heavily around replayability, perhaps based upon making decisions that steer the story in a different direction each time you play or 'vantage point' style where you play the same scenario but with a different character each time.
I love sports titles. If that means I'm not a 'core gamer' then so be it.
I generally buy Pro Evo every second year. Really enjoying MLB The Show at the moment (and learning baseball). Hoping we'll see a Fight Night title this gen (not a fan of UFC). Usually buy at least one golf game and a tennis game throughout a generation. Also enjoy racers (Drive Club is excellent) and even pool/ snooker games and darts too.

HD ready means a tv is capable of displaying hd content. It is not the terminology for 720p.

GG are the best at utilising the available tech.
They pushed the ps2 to its limits with killzone.
They were the first devs to showcase the potential of ps3 exclusives with killzone 2.
They made best use of psmove with killzone 3.
Killzone 3 is still my favourite 3d gaming experience.
They made excellent use of the vitas features and resources with killzone mercenary, which they also patched for use with pstv....
They're annualised because they get away with it. The roster changes from season to season are why they get away with it.
Why is it not possible, nowadays, to move to two yearly releases? Surely this is one instance where DLC and season passes should be considered acceptable.

There's alot of different popular genres about these days. Most of the modern stuff I listen to is still very guitar-centric.

I don't see why you seem to think your argument is going to convince anybody that 'holiday season' is both november and december.
'Holiday season' is an ambiguous term. Which will be why PR people like using it.
My understanding is that it generally runs from late november to early january. I think if you try a quick google search you'll find that is how most western countries define it.

Wouldn't that be down to your internet connection.
Download speed in my area average 6Mbps (which is painfully slow), but when downloading anything from PSN it tends to match my connection speed, is it possible to download something from PSN quicker than your internet connection.
