Go whine elsewhere. Every device you buy anymore has a day one update. Sometimes, larger than this.
Once you start allowing poeple to upgrade the internals, you start to split the market of your own console. Games take extra time to program as they need to be able to use lower or higher specs depending on the system they are played on. If you want this, buy a PC.

That actually doesn't mean that.....
Again, though, not OS level.... meaning ALL games will be able to do this. Hell, most likely in any app as well.
Wow, really? You see this as the cat being stupid?
LOL I love that. "...like they're supposed to..."
Yeah.... because there are certain rules to how we are supposed to receive information and how companies are supposed to relay that information... right....
You realize most people are at work, school or some other life event when E3 is going on thus most people end up getting this info AFTER the conferences are over via the internet ayway...
@Bluenuts9
Actually, Nintendo stated that they were NOT counting pack in games with their estimates unlike the the higher attachment rates for the Wii which did include pack in games.
Sounds kinda like a weatherman
How about the responsibility just goes back to the parents?
Not only that, but they also have it up with the Vita version as a bundle deal.
@-Mika-
Actually, you may want to go and read up on what the Trine 2 Developer is saying about Nintendo. They seem to not really boss devs around much. They aren't EA or Activision....
I think you mean spun, not "spinned" LOL
50 shades of grey deserves to burn....
The worst "book" series ever made. It's not even the author's idea. They basically took characters from Twilight and threw them into a sexual fantasia. Look it up. The author even had to rename the characters before officially publishing the book.
Exactly. And, from recent reports and articles, games cost a ton to make and are becoming very risky to develop. Of coarse, if companies wouldn't try and make every game they release into a summer blockbuster, it wouldn't be so bad and this is why just about EVERY company is trying to widen their market. Another example: EA and Dead Space 3...
Eh, horror is horror no matter if you are scared or not. It's a genre and type of atmosphere, not necessarily how it makes you feel.
Wasn't well written....
Naughty Dog, Sega, and Namco
Why do you say that?
It's your television and something I have been telling all the Wii SD graphics haters for the last 6 years. Obviously, the Wii output was analog so you needed to buy a receiver capable of upconverting analog input to a digital, upscaled signal.
