I like using the absolute silence one and UAV jammer - in certain maps I like staying away from the rest of my team, flank the enemy silently and creep up on them taking them out one by one as they concentrate their fire on my team-mates.
One good tip is if you're taking out enemies with sniper rifles or zoomed in using scopes whilst staying in one position on the map, don't zoom back out or reload immediately after a kill - that way the enemy will find it easier to see exactly...
I usually make fun of bunny hoppers in online games in general but in COD4 there's a challenge for shooting enemies whilst in the air so I assume that they're trying to get that.
Is this what players are doing? Or does bunny-hopping actually decrease the chances of getting hit in COD4?
Believe it or not, you can say that Halo3 isn't game of the year without being a PS3/Wii fanboy. It IS a great game, but in my opinion COD4 knocks it out of the water in single and multiplayer - I know lots of friends online who haven't even put Halo3 back in their 360 since playing COD4. It's an absolute blast. Making a modern day shooter with the fast paced Call of Duty formula has produced an amazing game and I think it should be game of the year.
PS you said no multiplayer ...
Did you read the article? Every type of game I can think of except platform is on the up and coming list for 2008 for the 360:
GTA IV - sandbox third person adventure
Lost Odessey - RPG
Tom Clancy's EndWar - RTS
Silent hill V - survival horror
Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway - FPS
Brutal Legend - third person action adventure
Ninja Gaiden 2 - action adventure hack and slash
Battlefield Bad Company - FPS
UT3 - FPS

My thoughts entirely
Although: "Any article on this site remotely relating to the PS3 or X-Box 360 immediately turns into a gigantic mess of flaming idiocy, with no admin in sight."
There is a level of self-policing (ignore users, report as spam) but you'll never see admins stopping flame wars on this site, in effect it's in their best interests.
It's a profit making site for someone - look at all the adds around the page. The more comments/pagev...
It means that hype works and people will rush to buy the game just after release before waiting for a good average of reviews.
PS no I don't own it, but the impression I've got from forums is that lots of people were surprised how buggy it was despite the 'seriously, this is gonna be awesome' marketing hype-train and initial stellar reviews.
Are you still in the process of learning English?
50 reviewers gave it an average score of 96% - that's pretty high. But obviously you're right and they're all wrong huh?

The most important question about the PS3 version is how often does it QuickSave and does this affect the gameplay? One review I read said that it does affect the game, and quite badly.
Dismissing the slow-down by saying "its just because it's quicksaving" won't really stop this spoiling the game if it happens often enough.
Yup it has, but I haven't downloaded any of the extra missions etc. 150 hours from the main game!
That's weird. I could have sworn that I've played over 150 hours of Oblivion but you're probably right - you seem pretty clever.
'LOL hahaha' you appear to be spamming the entire site by posting this in every article imaginable.
I think you may down to 1 bubble shortly and no-one will see your rant.
So no streaming through Media Center but if you've got Windows Media Player v11 can't you just stream divxs through that? Anyways, I use a USB memory stick and everything I've tried to watch using this method has worked flawlessly - no skipping, picture and sound great and I usually totally forget I'm watching it on a 360 until a friend online prompt hits the screen! Also the new paddle controls work great.
PS it even remembers where you watch each file up to even though it's ...
mmm nice smattering of different movies there for the UK but not many new ones. What's it like in the US? Do you get many new releases around the same time as they're out on DVD?
Sure this happens everwhere - generally on the internet, but we're talking about a selective audience that includes lots of young gamers.
If an adult hooked up with an underage kid through Home, it would be horrifically bad publicity for Sony. It just needs controls to try and stop this sort of thing happening - and generally maybe a feedback system that makes it easy to ban players who act like jackasses, post offensive material or try and befriend young kids.
...
There's a lot of potential for greatness in Home but also there's gonna be trouble! The whole 'user created' media and characters along with their interaction will definitely be one of the most popular features, but I don't think the best way to demonstrate this is to create an avatar which is an virtual version of a convicted of child sex abuser!
They were just trying to be amusing but they've actually inadvertently highlighted one of the potentially worrying things about the...
One review that's quite a bit lower than the average (91%) and it's suddenly a flop?
Nice trolling - you got some totally banzored logic there.
"..they're notorious for not using sites for reviews on Sony's end when it suits them and using them when it suits them for xbox 360 reviews and overall %'s. Those % sites, both of them... are piece's of jokes! Bias as they come. R&C has 13 reviews now, all above 9's that were never counted. Why is that? Would you like the list? Uncharted has 8 9+ scores that have never been counted. why si that? Are they gonna get around to these sometime?
Also, why is every official xbox sit...
"What Dark Sniper here has stated are undisputed FACTS."
If you want a reason why I'm disagreeing with you, it's because what you said you in original post is not a FACT, it's clearly incorrect but you're obviously not prepared to admit that.
"Unfortunately, while the ability to store movies can be considered something the 360 has going, you're limited to what you can store. XBOX 360's console only supports 20 gigs or hard drive space"

"Unfortunately, while the ability to store movies can be considered something the 360 has going, you're limited to what you can store. XBOX 360's console only supports 20 gigs or hard drive space and with the cost to upgrade your drive, you can get twice the amount of space on the PLAYSTATION 3©"
Well even if you are limited to storage space on the HD, there is the 120 Gb version, but that aside you can stream photos, music and movies to the 360 over your home ne...
I think it's slightly different though - it's called Autosave on the 360 and basically does a save every time the action changes from one scene to another (at the same time as the data loads from the disc) - that's why you don't notice any slowdown.
Does the PS3 save during scenes? If so, I think that's unneccessary - saving before each scene is enough for most, but the manual save is pretty quick to do anyways.
