These developers are people too you know. Sure, they're expected to tow the company line, but they're not going to bold faced-lie.
What this Q&A Guy is saying is no different than what has been said dozens of time while a game was still in development.
He didnt say "oh, the PS3 version is crap, and the PS3 is crap"... he did say there was some minor problems with the PS3 version.

Its pretty clear that he is trying to downplay the performance issues of the PS3 version.
They want to be able to say that "both are equal". But, he *did volunteer that the Xbox 360 would perform better*.
What does that tell you? He is *motivated* to say they are the same, but he volunteers that they are *NOT*.
I'd be very surpirsed if he isnt actually UNDERESTIMATING the differences.
So cue the Sony protection force to tell us how this Rockstar Q&A Lead is lying or wrong or lazy.
Europeans arent "overcharged" it is a different market, with different price schedules and conditions that are outside of MS's control.

In 2008 we have Infinite Undiscovery(triAce!), Last Remnant, Dynasty Warriors 6, Tales of Vesperia and Lost Odyssey and others.
And the WRPGs; Too Human, Fable 2(!), Age of Conan, Champions Online, Elveon, Rise of the Argonauts, Sacred 2 : Fallen Angel, Viking: Battle for Asgard and others.
