Erm, C# isn't more robust. Its a LOT easier than c++, but it wasn't meant to replace c++. I would say C# is more of a Java alternative.

Well Gears had underground monsters in it, so its not realistic. Guess we have to dock points from it.
A racer doesn't have to be a SIMULATOR to be fun. Just because the game leans slightly towards "arcade" doesn't mean the gameplay isn't 9/10.
Dirt is A LOT better without the wheel actually.
Sad thing too. Its absolutely horrible with the 360 racing wheel (IMO of course) but I actually enjoyed it when I switched to gamepad. Its much better.
I've noticed that with any twitchy control racers. Forza and PGR are brilliant with the wheel. Dirt...not so much.
FF7 Advent children was good (in my book). And I still like the resident evil series.
And comon..Mortal Kombat movies were actually pretty decent considering what they had to work with for a basis.

alright, I'll give you that one. the SOLE purpose of the elite was to try to get a marketing "one-up" on sony. AND the HDMI port they added isn't even HDMI 1.3, it is an older limited version of HDMI, so no dolby true HD with hd-dvds.
Some people are showing SLIGHTLY better quality with the hdmi on high end tvs. But otherwise there was no reason at all to add HDMI other than marketing BS.
So yeah...kinda stupid of them to say it isn't needed and then...

Erm. you DON'T need hdmi. Its nice, its better, but it isn't absolutely essential. I don't know a whole lot of people spending over $2000 (really its more like $3000) on a TV where you would see the visual difference between component and HDMI.
The native resolution of the 360 is 720p (ok yeah, a FEW games do true 1080p without the scaler). Why would you HAVE to have hdmi?

However, I think crackdown, splinter cell (or anything tom clancy), C&C3, forza, viva pinata, guitar hero II, etc counter the claim that the 360 only offers FPS games (I do NOT count 3rd person games as a FPS. It is a totally different play style). However whats wrong with having a bunch of really good FPS games.

It is interesting. For some reason I really want a Wii. But when I stand there in the store and stare at the box...I can't bring myself to do it because I just don't see the games I want to play yet.
