"Journalism." It was on all recent shows, not to mention players were watching Twitch streams from the alpha. I think it was the most watched game by me, it looked really fun, even just to watch.
If I were the dev, I would remove all characters except for Jack if they kept complaining. Because what else can be more 'Merican than Jack? Also, turn it into an FPS. 'Merica!
Imagine it in a super simplified way, like having 100 points of performance. Now, you use 60 points for graphics, 25 points for resolution and 15 for fps. To double the fps from 30 to 60, you'd need to take those 15 points and double them as well. That means that you'd need to sacrifice points from other categories, for example 45 graphics, 25 resolution and 30 fps. Consoles operate within given performance, and to increase something, you need to take away from somewhere else.
Oi, I actually romanced her! Which was kinda annoying though. But during exploration she has some of the better dialogues, and her prologue is one of the more interesting ones.
Nooooo, shiny hair! Pre order CANCELLED! Nah, kidding, PS4 master race.
I was quite happy with PSX. Lot of games, many of those were new games, and ofcourse new gameplays.
Oh wow, cross play. I'm kinda happy now that Xbox won't be a part of it, since if SFV were to be released on it as well, they wouldn't allow it, and the whole cross play idea would have had to been scratched.
First DD was awesome, I've spent hundreds of hours playing it on PS3 ^.^
*insert 720p joke here*

When the news about the MSxTomb Raider were revealed, did the author criticize it in a similar tone?
Microsoft started it this gen, with buying out exclusive rights for games like Dead Rising 3, Titanfall (it was developed as a multiplatform title), Tomb Raider (that was just sad). So to those people now hating on Sony and their fans, well, MS had it coming for playing dirty the whole last year.

This makes me wonder why Crytek favours MS so much, when they are scoring a flop after a flop with exclusivity deals.
I'm kinda hoping for a western release for this, my hunger for a proper jRPG on PS4 is growing >.<
I can't find the change log >.<
Some of the bigger disappointments I had were Defiance and Destiny. Both made huge promises on their big worlds with MMO fashion, both failed to deliver on what was promised. Literally. Many of the things shown or said during E3s and other shows just weren't there. Also, any game where during official gameplay reveal, the "players" were communicating with each other and having super duper teamplay, like during Titanfall or AC Unity. The Division did the same thing, and it got me...
I'm... skeptical about this. Blade and Soul release in Korea over 2 years ago, and still haven't seen a release outside of Asia. Then again, this is gonna be a console release, so there's still chance.
I couldn't get myself to play TLoU again. For me the game was all about the story, the discovery of what's next. Once it's finished, I didn't feel the need to play it again. It was indeed emotionally draining game which I finished only once.
Though out of those games I'd say Heavy Rain is the biggest hitter when it comes to emotions and story. It was, just, WOW.
Closely to the intended thesis is The Walking Dead. Because of the art style I...
Will have to agree about Destiny and AC Unity. I've played those and quit quite fast. Destiny lacked content for single player and the only thing to do there was grinding bounties, all that while Bungie forcing you to keep doing PvP, sigh. AC Unity, yeah, I loved Black Flag, but Unity not so much. The control scheme was awful for me and I couldn't change it anywhere, enemy AI was annoying, randomly going after you on the street, camera made combat stupidly difficult, multiplayer coop ...
After playing the first beta (or was it alpha?) after E3, I totally called it, yet few people believed me. The game looked bad, nothing near the wannabe standards of the current gen. But the biggest crime were the horrible controls of the cars, just, ewww.
