Instead of comparing one character to an entire failed game like Concord, it would be more fair to compare it to a different game by ND. Abby was everyone's all time favourite meme material from the rather lackluster TLOU sequel. I see they've learned from the negative reception of that characfter back then and made sure to make her the main character this time /sarcasm
I tried googling for the changes to Palworld for PS5 Pro, I couldn't find anything outside of that one mention on the blog, did anyone have some more luck?
From independent video reviews I saw so far it seems that
1. Combat is repetitive
2. Infantilism of story and writing, sometimes literally when characters talk to each other as if they were little kids. Even exploration was designed in a way even a 5 year old could manage everything.
Whereas combat can somehow be enjoyed still and I was willing to forgive it, the writing was so cringe I couldn't bear it. Gone are they days when writers tried to make a ...
Maybe if they did the first part as well. I'm still waiting for them to release the whole game (3 parts) before I start playing, but at this pace it might be released on PS6.
Instead of massive aquisitions, they should have just invested into their own employees and portfolio. Where did it leave them now is back at square zero.
They are hurting themselves by allowing so many shovelware created on the indie hype, it went out of control. It's there to artificially boost the number of games, since good games are released less and less often with each gen. They should just go back into making an indie category again and putting it all there.
It was a narrative driver shooter, and it was amazing. It was way too hated at the time unfortunately, sequel would have been great. The setting and story were amazing.
I've played it for a bit on PS5, it lacked potential, gameplay felt like a straight port from mobiles. Kinda disappointing, since it was even on my wishlist...
Borderlands 3 was available on Extra for a long time, NHL is your everyday EA release and Among Us fade died away. Surprisingly, I might actually try NHL, since I've never played hockey I guess.
I think Ubisoft knew it would do bad and didn't even bother with advertising. I've barely seen anything about that game compared to previous entries. It didn't get community's interest as well, I've barely seen any references on other sites like 9gag for example.

If it was like a the old Telltale games it would be good. It will most likely be just a visual novel.
