Man i agree with you 100% but i think whats happening on n4g is more of whining then anything else. The same individuals that are the ones saying the game looks awful or they will boycott the game are the same people in each new dmc article it seems. It all gets negative, its okay to disagree or state opinions but trolling and negativity are quite another.
Just beat it and watching the credits roll. I have always been a Huge deus ex fan, im so glad that after like 8 years i finally got a sequel. Cannot wait for a sequel because it is definitely well deserved.
Yeah. There definitely is. Im surprised how long the game actually is though, ive been playing a stealth character and playing for what feels like 30 hours or so (im not really sure though because the game doent tell you when you save)
You know... While i didnt particuly care for dmc 2, i didnt think it was bad necessarily i thought it was just average and waaaaaaay too easy.
Alot of progress for the series did come from dmc2 like the ability to shoot in multiple directions, running on walls, diving in mid air while shooting down, rebellion, dodging, and dante finally got HIS OWN devil trigger without the need of devil arms (also i felt that he had the coolest character design in dmc 2 as well)
So...
Dmc 4 was bad. Why do you guys deny this?

I hear you. I honestly dont care too much for many of the changes that Capcom or NT (or whoever) have decided to add in this game. So believe me when I say I get it.
But I "AM" open to trying new things if they are worth my time. Which I dont believe Im able to call right now because Ive only seen 1:05 worth of gameplay and...

NT is developing the story and designing the game world. According to this interview capcom is pretty much focusing on combat.
You do realize that they are employed by capcom right? As in they are contracted to work for them? Im not sure whether or not you have a job or not but your employer or boss asks you to do something you do it. Otherwise you wont have a job. Thats the real world.
Capcom specifically told NT to completely change Dante and the story.
There are video interviews that confirm this.

Your absolutely right I actually bought ff13 think it would be a fairy decent game however as you started the lack of exploration, wonkey weapon system amongst other things really hurt the game to me. But there are 2 key differences in this case ff13 was released first then once everyone played it these issues came to light.
