We'll you'd think the announcement of DLC would have hinted at that. If the game did poorly they would have just moved on.
And if you bring up Forespoken DLC they sold a season pass at launch and had to do it.
When the turkey psn increase happened, there were only ps articles.
When news comes out for one publisher why would we talk about the other ones if there is no news about them?
Horizon Forbidden west and God of war Ragnarok were underwhelming?
We'll the article is incorrect as Death Stranding 2 was announced last Game awards. But maybe Sony published third party games don't count anymore as well. I guess a Bloodbourne 2 wouldn't count? That's how far the goal posts get moved i guess.
For games i can only play on my PS5 i have FF7Rebirth and Granblue Relink confirmed with dates for next year. And Stellar Blade, Silent Hill 2, Rise of the Ronin, Death Stranding 2 with possible 2024 releases.
Square enix deals means there is no drought. Just like the Bethesda deal meant no xbox drought this year.
So for starfield we are counting sales from sept 1st to sept 10 due to early access?
And comparing that to the 4 day week first weeks of RE4 and FFXVI due to coming out on a Thursday(starfield came out on a tues by the way)? Please let me know if they are counting Thursday to Thursday and not Thursday to Sunday
And we don't even know if they are counting the 30$ premium upgrade as a sale as well?
And it says it includes the premium edition sales sold a week earlier...which i guess includes a 30$ physical upgrade to premium.
So buying a physical 30$ dlc and early access pack counts as a sale of the full game?
Just wondering if it is.
Especially since this game is 30$.
I would understand complaining if it was 60...but come on.
They released Outriders and triangle strategy day 1 on gamepass. I guess it either didn't work out for square or Microsoft because i haven't seen another on game pass day one again.
First Epic exclusive PC release was 20 months after the original ps4 release.
April 20 2020 Ps4 - June 2021 ps5 intergrade - PC december 2021 Epic exclusive - Steam june 2022
I have seen articles speculating that the dlc you're talking about is unlockable in game as there was a similar situation with FF7Remake. So is just early unlock dlc.
Still weird they didn't include it but not content you will not have access to.
It is on PSN already. 40 CAN so i guess 30US. 10% pre order PS+ discount.
February is a JRPG buffet! P3R and Granblue Relink on the first and second.
There's early access for relink if you preorder so the 28 of january at the earliest...just need some good reviews now.
Regardless of that FF7Rebirth is day one.
Well i got a year of extra during days of play for 25% off...so i have till the next days of play to see if the new rate plus the discount is worth it. I will see what games they offer over the year.
And tales is 27CAN on amazon now so i will wait to see if a digital bundle shows up if it doesn't go on ps extra.
It says it needs the base game to play it in fine print in the trailer. So dlc.
I hoped it was stand alone because i sold it after platinuming it. But if it's on psextra by launch i am buying the dlc.
Thumbs up for the love for the under-rated tales of arise.
I hope it shows up on ps extra before the dlc comes out as i sold the main game after platinuming it.
RE4 DLC sept
Tales of Arise DLC Nov
Spider Man 2
And
FF7 Rebirth!! Feb 29th!! So much going on in that trailer!
That was good.
I thought the demo was ok and will probably play it when i get gamepass for P5Tactica.
And you don't have to trust the reviewer...just try the demo or gamepass if you're already subscribed.
It wasn't a problem with XI, XII, XIV and XV. I can grant that maybe the dmc type action is the problem for sales being lower but not changing the gameplay in general as they have done that several times already.
Go FFXVI.
I wonder what small IP they have in mind. I would love a Parasite Eve game that plays like the RERemakes and keeps the survival horror tone.
