The ps5 has the standard version and the 80$ version so it gives you the choice...on switch 2 physical you can only buy the 80 dollar version.
I guess since they got the data that less than half of elden ring players beat the game and would probably not buy the DLC, they decided to just not make it an option and charge more...
The standard edition physical should have been 40 then with the expansion seperate. Why normalize 80 dollar games? Specially ports of old games.
If people accept this might as well make physical 80 dollar deluxe versions only.
Here in canada ghost of yotei and saros are 89 both physical and digital while pokopia is 99...so do you mean eye wateringly cheaper?
Kinda funny seeing comments blasting sony for their highest rated game being a remaster (forgetting they published goty contenders yotei and ds2 as well) and comments congratulating square for being number 1 just releasing ports, remasters and remakes. Cool.
I could see this argument for the MGS3 or maybe RE4 remake but the fixed camera game remakes (RE2/3) are basically different games.

Keep in mind that if you bought the ps1 classics back in the day you get the new versions for free. I got dino crisis, re2 and re3 even though I'm not subscribed to anything.
So if you bought Dino Crisis 2 back then check before you subscribe when the new version comes out.
The PS5 sold more, made more money and while it had less first party games it had more Goty worthy games that weren't on switch 2 like E33 and KCD 2.
It got announced for xbox, ps5 and PC.
I don't see anywhere that it is a timed exclusive so assume it releases everywhere day 1.

And bring back Megaman X. Either regular, command mission or make it a Metroidvania since silksong is so popular.

Who doesn't sign in to psn for 30 days? Missing out on game updates, new games, messages, demos, etc...
You already lost all your purchases if you got permanently banned from psn so that's not new.
And if for some reason you don't have internet for 30 days you can use your smartphone as a Hotspot to connect your ps5 to the internet.
