Well I bought the PS4 in Canada at launch...which happened before the Canadian dollar took a dive and the price for a lot of things went up 20%. So I ended up saving 150 bucks for buying at launch. 😄
Still have a functional OG PS 2. Can't play the onimusha trilogy otherwise.
My OG PS3 yellow lighted. Got a slim with infamous 2 that still works today. Just replayed my disk copy of Metal Gear Rising.
Sent my Xbox 360 to Micro...
The point system is still the same. I bought Sakura yesterday using fight money.
Confirmed. And you can actually still buy characters ,stages and costumes using in game points. I had enough points for 3 characters from when I played it at launch. Perfect!!
Base SFV is 7.99 on Canadian PSN...I couldn't resist.
Is it possible to buy base SFV and then just buy Akira when she comes out? I got rival schools love but I don't feel like buying championship edition...
Microsoft bought whole third party studios(obsidian, Ninja theory, Double fine) and barred future FULL games from certain users forever. Sony barred DLC that comes out at least 3 months after launch. Which one is worse?
Thanks for the save man! Saved me some money. Those razors are expensive...if that one dollar first month blows me away then maybe next year...PS5 is going to break the bank this holiday.
As a PlayStation guy who passed on the Xbox one... I am actually excited to get this on my phone. I might actually get a Xbox controller and I assume there's a device that physically connects my phone to the controller? They got at least one month from me. :)
Xbox buying multi platform studios (obsidian,Ninja theory and double fine) and FULLY excluding their games from switch and PS4 FOREVER is ok but an exclusive DLC character that is coming out at least 3 months after launch is capitalistic greed that must be stopped at all costs!!! I honestly feel like someone dosed me with crazy pills...
How is paying for exclusive rights for DLC (where everyone gets to enjoy the full game) worse than paying for exclusive rights for the full game( where nobody else gets to play any of it)?
2021!? Seems unlikely I won't have beaten the game and sold it before cyberpunk comes out. Also having it come out after Miles Morales is a mistake because it will for sure look and play shittier.
They don't. Ultimate alliance 3 had spider man on switch.
Well it has to be the PS4 specific spider man (White symbol on suit)for it to be exclusive. Spider man was in Ultimate alliance 3 that came out a year later.
Crystal Dynamics choose the PS4 spider man so they could have a trailer at the next PlayStation event and get some contact PS5 hype.
So this wasn't a Sony thing but a Crystal Dynamics decision if true.
Outer Wilds DLC and Psyconauts 2 are coming to PS4 as they were in development with other publishers before Microsoft bought them.
Microsoft bought obsidian, ninja theory, double fine, etc...
Future games from those studios will NEVER come out on a PlayStation platform again. For Microsoft standards...this is slight shenanigans.
The PS4 version is coming out at the same day (and can be played on the PS5)so it's not really that big a deal. I doubt the graphical difference will be noticeable. No problem.
Was Raidou in the original? If not I think he might be replacing Dante due to probably Capcom not wanting to listen the character again?
It is coming out for PS4 at least in Japan.
This won't affect most people who buy sports games as they buy 1 or 2 games a year. But people who post here are probably going to buy 5 to 10. Extra 50 to 100 dollars a year. Wondering if switch games will go up as well...they probably will. 🤣
It was a 25 to 30 hour platinum for me. But I can understand feeling like it was too short for 60. Thing is I replay most of the resident evil games every year or so. Just replayed 1998 RE2 on my Vita. So I never feel ripped off by a Main RE game. People who haven't checked out the remakes should get the raccoon city edition. It's both games bundled for 60. But I've seen a sale on the bundle already a couple times already so wait for the next sale for an amazingly deal.
