Because the original bright memory is only pc and xbox...this is a remake apparently after doing some googling.

What a dumb title. PS4 sold the same as PS3. And there was a black friday type video of japanese customers rushing to get a PS5. They are fine over there by japanese sales standards. By the same reasoning Sony is pushing out Microsoft in the US. I think they meant Microsoft has been pushed out of Japan.
The Vita let you play your PSP and PS1 classic collection at no cost if you bought them digitally. And the Switch gives you the privilege of rebuying your games at full price. Nintendo loves their customers.
Agree with the support but the overpriced memory was always overblown. The switch is an handheld charging 60 for games instead of 40 as they always had before...yet that cost hike is fine.
It shows that a license holder can make the developer make a game playable on a competing platform. It show that it may be possible that Indiana Jones might be multiplatform.
This situation makes me hopefully that the Bethesda Indiana Jones game comes out on PS5. Because Lucasarts might require the game to be multiplatform.
There will be a ton of PS5 available in japan when the exclusive FFXVI releases. Till then they don't need that many. Especially since Monster Hunter Rise is about to come out on Switch which is expected to blow up in Japan, which will take away PS5 hype over there.
That release is pretty much a week before RE8...that's not a good move.
Is the game even 70$ still? It's not available to pre order on PSN and retail has a wrong release date...

The RE remakes are way more repayable but RE7 is scarier. I love them both now as they are. I want them to do their own thing. And we just had RE2 and 3 back to back so let's not get greedy. RE4 will be here soon enough.
The last Killzone was 7 years ago...that hole has been there for awhile and hasn't hurt Sony. Marketing deals with COD and Destiny has been filling that hole adequately. I don't want any current Sony studio working on a Killzone as well...if they open a new studio or 3rd party and throw the killzone IP at them that would be fine.
Keep in mind that you need Gold to play free to play games. 120 bucks a year to play fortnight...if you only play 1 or 2 games a year you should go with PS4/PS5 or PC.
And ps plus is discounted every yearlu Days of Play event by 20%...
If you have Nioh 2 already the upgrades are free....
Watched the showcase on the easy allies twitch stream and thought the textures and frame rate looked kinda rough...after playing the demo i can say that it is all good. Creepy as F.

Any old school jrpg with random encounters definitely needs a 5x speed option. I cut 20 hours off my FF8 remaster playthrough with it.
