The content screams for a $20 price tag at the most. Hopefully they take the control scheme and add it to a complete game at some point
With next gen coming so soon, the lowest common denominators should've gone first
Keyword "that" badly
There's been rumors of Elden Ring being shown on this exact date, as far as I'm concerned that's all but confirmed at this point. Can't wait!
@transporter47 I understand that it makes sense to you, but that might only be out of not understanding the reality of steroids in the first place. Steroids are not magic, they won't balloon you up in size nor will they keep you at that size, if you aren't eating a massive amount of protein every day. Without the calorie intake, there's nothing steroids can do to make you much larger because the mass actually has to come from somewhere. You need a huge protein intake so the body a...
Maybe I'm ignorant of some facts, but I thought that Sony's constant sales were starting to catch up to steam. I don't have constant access to the steam store to compare, but I pretty much never pay more than half price on PSN anymore. Further discounts would be welcome, but as it is, I think a smart buyer can still save a lot of money on PSN throughout PS5s life
The XSeXXX. With that name it won't even need games, just a free pornhub pro account and it'll probably outsell the XBO
Sony wouldn't price the discless version only $20 cheaper than the standard version, that would be suicide for the cheaper one, because everyone would just buy the upgrade since it's pretty much the same price. They will definitely price it far enough away to make both iterations enticing to as many people as possible. $100 cheaper probably, maybe $50 but I'm not sure about that.
Considering it's a remake, the age of the game isn't really relevant. This was remade to push the hardware just like any modern AAA game
That's exactly what I was thinking, like New Dawn as you said, or Infamous First Light. They'll crush Spider-Man 2 when it comes out, adding in everything they learned here and then some
This thing looks great, they definitely outdid themselves compared to what I expected. Demon's Souls day 1
I'm at work and to the right of me is the bathrooms. Just saw someone walk into one and then clicked play on the link. I thought someone was knocking on the bathroom door my coworker went into and immediately looked to see no one there. Solid quality, it would be great to know the location of characters in a game with this level of precision
Sony themselves said a little over an hour. They said it last week and they said it when they announced the new date
While we won't be seeing that happen any time soon, I have been wondering why Xbox doesn't just release on Sony's hardware. They've done everything they can to negate the reasons for even having a physical box in the first place, they might as well start developing PC and PS5 games and at least make more money for the extra sales
@Tekolie
Who even slightly suggested they desire gaming news more than societal race relations changes? That's a serious reach, even for a site full of fanboys on all sides
I'm pretty sure this will be only, or at least mostly, a games reveal. I think we'll be let down if we expect too much regarding price and looks of the console. I'd love to be wrong though lol
If that's all they were doing, they would be mentioning both, which does happen. But we've also seen comments on the ps5 singularly and specifically, as it's overall SSD situation leads to 200% the speed of the Xbox's SSD situation. That's a difference worth acknowledging and developers are doing exactly that
Your humble opinion needs a few more variables to be added to it for an accurate final result. In sales, if I talk up the "platinum" product, I can't do it by talking down on the product below it. Tim works with both Xbox and PlayStation directly, do you think it would work out well for him if he phrases things to downplay the Xbox? No it wouldn't. He has to talk up a system without talking down another.
Considering Xbox is going to keep releasing games on all current gen and next gen systems, you should fully expect to still see it, because developers will have to work around the lowest common denominator. Any multiplats that will be on current gen will still have to be coded the way current gen has been getting coded all along, otherwise the games wouldn't even run properly
You are most likely right and it's a shame. My Sony branded PS3 Bluetooth mic isn't compatible with PS4 and (most likely,) PS5, I find that kind of ridiculous. They've claimed lag in Bluetooth audio was the reason, but I just need an ear piece to chat with people. Can't stand being tethered to my controller by a cord for no good reason
