I don't plan on buying FF13-2 because I had the first and loved it until it became "open" and boring IMO but...

I'm very happy I own both consoles but I recommend PS3 to people that can only afford one.
In Canada Live doesn't have any extra features/services over PSN (maybe even less), still costs $60 and movie rentals and DLC is 25%-40% more expensive.
Also, Blu-Ray and cheap upgradable HDs is nicer to have than not have.
Games-wise, I spend an equal time on both so it's moot.
Only ridiculous PR people can convince themselves that they''d be dominating the FPS market if they could knock the champ down from 90%-70% control.

The devs intended for MP to be part of the $60 purchase, but MS says you can't play what you're already paid for until you pay Microsoft Tax.
I wouldn't be surprised if MS eventually charged for newer versions of console OSs eventually.

I love it with Killzone 3 but I bought it more for dedicated Move games, that either all suck or don't exist.

We have some of the worst ISPs in the western world, we pay more and get less.

The only RPGs that need MP are MMOs, unless it's co-op but even then, Rather have a longer SP than co-op horde-like missions.
MP in Mass Effect 3 is a waste of resources. I rather Bioware made anything SP related to MP -even a CG that shows what happened between installments would have been preferable.
People will check it out for 10 mins, maybe say, "hey that didn't suck", then go play BF3 or COD or some other MP focused game.
