This game looks amazing to me.
I think R6 Vegas had some of the best cover and shooter gameplay this gen so I'm very excited for something other than another mindless shooter with lame SP.
I hope MS throws some money behind it and makes it AAA this time. The game has a lot of potential but Crackdown 2 was lame.
Forget about Kinect for one second MS and fully support your exclusives.
Isn't Wii U coming out next year with BC too.

You know Kinect was made for games in mind, which it doesn't work that well for. It's great that people are using it for other purposes but MS totally failed at making it a superior way to control games.
For 360, it's devolved to basically an overpriced voice operated TV remote.
I call BS.
Kinect 1 made all these promises like individual finger detection, lag-free, etc. and then highest rated games ended up being an iPhone game and an on-rails puppet shooter.
Kinect promised complete control over game characters because "You Are The Controller!" but it's turned out to be the most limited controller around.
Like the battle system, there's no way I could suffer through old-school style turn-based combat anymore and grinding.
They should have had a version that experimented with new gameplay and controls on the disc, like Halo Plus or something. FPS gameplay/control standards changes so fast, I'll buy it for 20 bucks not $40.

Totally agree, remember now that every PS3 comes with a free game too - DC Universe, which is surprisingly good. Sony should put that on the front of every box "Free DC Universe".
I've never liked Warcraft but for some reason, I keep playing DC - my 360 doesn't even have an MMO.
The author is completely underestimating RROD if he's even putting it in the same sentence of YLOD, out of 5 people I know who had 360s all of them broke - either RROD or a bad DVD drive that stopped reading discs.
360 was probably one of the most faulty electronic devices every released.

Games are looking great now on current consoles, but if they all looked as good as Uncharted, Rage, Killzone and Gears I'd be happy.
I'd still like the next-gen to release ASAP (so prices can drop, hardware kinks ironed out and a bunch of AAA games by 2014).
I must commend Carmack on his technical skills. Even though I found Rage's concept and design dull, the graphic are amazing. I wish more devs use Id 5 the same way.
This is tabloid and I'm not sure how it got approved. Nothing was revealed, all they did was guess.
The OS needs to be more direct and much faster. If I get a message or game invite, one press of the PS button should take me to it. I hate having to got through 5-6 steps (with loading) just to read a message and get back into the game.
Same thing with trophies, when I get one, it should only require one press of the PS button to see it, not:
1. Press PS
2. Scroll to trophies
3. Press trophies
4. Scroll to find trophy
5. Pre...
I think EAs main priority is to destabilize WoW hold on the MMO market and if all it needs are 500 000 consistent subscribers it will probably at least break even.
Sure Lucas get a (big) cut of the profits but EA still profits nonetheless financially and marketshare wise.
