I really love when developers say this kind of thing. I just picture an exec in a suit with a gun to their back. While there would clearly be some trade-offs working with xbox one (lower resolution mainly), and even more so with wii-u, to say that this game is "impossible" on other consoles is just absurd.
Personally I get your concern. But this game seems like it will be overall pretty good. I still cannot help but feel as though it would have much less hype had the visuals been more average. I am really more excited to see what the GT series will bring to the table.
Zombies mode is great. I might be alone on this, but I kind of wish there were some sort of alternate zombie mode where you can survive, or at least make it a little easier to survive longer. I know the whole idea is teamwork and coming up with a strategy, but I cannot always have a solid team, and sometimes I wish I could play a little bit longer. Not to mention, I am more MP focused, and it kinda sucks that often times I am lucky to get 10 to 20 mins in before it's all over.

I have to agree. I'm all for variety, but I truly do not see the allure of JRPGs. I just cannot get behind the characters, story, any of it. To each his own though.
I have them all but don't use Wii u much at all. My ps4 is sort of getting dusty at this point (was playing TLoU for a while tho) and I'm waiting for the big releases. If I wanna play mp or try a game, O just grab a 1 month sub. My x1 is where I spend the bulk of my gaming time and I play all mp/coop games there (at least for multiplats). So it really depends who you are. I could live with out Wii u personally, but having both ps4 and x1 is going to prove very useful in the coming ye...
Yea I don't get all the hate for this game. It plays like and does exactly the way it was always said to. It is very fun and a nice change of pace. There is more game modes now too and there is a really good experience to be had.
I understand that it is not really a game of the year type of title, but for what it is and what it sets out to be, it is great.

Ive been partied up with a number of different languages in the past. Also, i didnt know you could change the data center tbh. Was there any noticeable change in connection speed what with the ded servers and all?

Damn why all the disagrees? Those were all great games. And MS at least tried. Ultimately, if they fail in Japan, it doesn't matter that much to me. At least they will still try and this way fans of japanses games still get a crack at some of those games.

I agree that the game looked good. I think 900p is prob a safe bet for x1. I always knew Ghosts at 720p was BS. Not that this game has any guarantee to run at 1080p, but the fact that it actually looks next gen and will run above 720 is still better than nothing.

I can't wait to see some halo 5 footage. I agree that they should delay if the need be, but I do not think MS would rush it. Surely they could use a halo game asap, but i think MCC fills the void just fine. One thing I will say is MS has always treated Halo and it's devs with respect and given them everything they need, so no reason to believe that the final product won't be polished to the max when it does release.

No one is playing this game for 10 years. And if you want us to play for ten years, grinding through the same thing for a decade sure isn't the best way to make us do it. I know they have dlc plans and all, but right now, it sometimes just feels like "what's the point?". And I really like the game too.
