Blue Dragon Sucks
Next two weeks, Madden and Warhawk. A few weeks after, Lair and Heavenly Sword. Plenty to keep me busy.
While some improvements are welcomed, EA has a long way to go. They had better hope to either retain their exclusivity deal w/ the NFL or that they can actually do a better job with the game before 2K sports gets back into the game.
EA's presentation is terrible, the graphics are still "meh" at best. The playbook had better be updated this year as well.
^^you nihilist. :D
IIRC, Cory Barlog's father is the writer for the GOW series.
Of all the games you listed, the only ones I even remotely care to play are Halo 3, Bioshock, Mass Effect, Lost Odyssey. Blue Dragon was an absolute joke based on my time w/ the demo. Halo 3 while fun and definitely a purchase, is very much Halo 2 with polish. Lost Odyssey is the most interesting game to me on the 360. Mass Effect certainly looks cool as well.
The PS3 has as many 'quality' titles coming out this year as the 360. Next year it has a better lineup IMO.
...
Hurry up and release it already. I canceled my blu ray disc version in favor of the downloadable version. My USB headset works fine. I have wanted this game more than any other, it is my game version of Adriana Lima.
I'd rather watch old ladies sew quilts than watch soccer. "What an exciting game, a captivating 1-0 finish after 90 minutes of people chasing a ball around." Yeah, exciting.
American Football ftw.
Sorry dude, I'm a PS3 fan like you but I must disagree. American Football > all sports combined X's infinity.
I agree. Crackdown was fun (for the 4 hours the "story" part lasted) and co-op was cool, but it was a very incomplete game. I don't know that I'd call anything a Crackdown killer at all. It'd be like calling some new game an E.T. killer. Ok, so it wasn't that bad, lol.
I think the biggest achievement should actually reward people for playing this game. After playing the demo(somehow), I found that I'd rather watch sewing shows on PBS and discuss afterwards it with retarded monkeys.
1Up is bad, Kotaku is much worse w/ the PS3 hate. Destructoid is the level all PS3 haters strive to ascend to.
Oh I know man. I am only putting into consideration that 1) Rock* needs the $$ (2) Other publishers have had no issue putting PS3 on the backburner (3) MS threw a lot of money a Rock*, their not going to jeapordize a breach of contract and lose that $$.
I think what they are trying to implement featurewise is more of a problem. As immersive as this game is going to be, I can only imagine this is the real reason. They likely won't specify b/c of the huge hype machine that follo...
I don't see why the 360's version would be affected by the PS3 version. I agree w/ what N'gai has to say about this. They are having troubles on the game itself. Otherwise, they would have just delayed the PS3 version. MS paid them a lot of money for the additional content, you'd think if they could put it out they would. Everyone else does that.
EA, Ubisoft, whoever made F.E.A.R.
FTL, I actually wanted this title.
I like that a lot of these games are being tweaked and worked on instead of being released as craptastic titles that I'd be wasting money on. However, it's a problem b/c there just aren't a lot of games (especially exclusives) to motivate people to spend a lot of money. I really do hope Drakes is awesome though, and I am glad they are spending time on making a quality game. (hopefully)
I love playing video games, not watching people play them, especially people playing soccer, zzzzzzz.
I'm sure there is an audience for it, but I just won't be one.
It was a short demo but an impressive one. I thought the gameplay was terrific. I was up in the air about this game, but it looks like a solid buy now. Beautiful graphics, fun gameplay, I only wish it were longer.
For the most part, I'll agree, but Hot Shots Golf is a lot of fun. I enjoy that by far the most of golf games. Otherwise, I'll totally agree. They like some crazy games.
Crap like Wiifit only pushes me further away from the Wii as a gamer. I have no desire for crap like this. When I want to exercise (which I do daily) I go to the gym or basketball/tennis court or throw a football around. More importantly, I do it outside of my house w/ other people...you know in a social setting of sorts.
I'll buy an Ngage before I buy a Wii at this point, and believe me, I am not in the market for an Ngage.
