the problem with the 3DS is its deep integration with the 3D movie fad, which is arguably dying down.
there's a backlash growing against this further cemented by eye strain, higher ticket prices at movies, and the gimmicky feel of it that wears off after a few tries.
plus the 3DS is often confused as just another iteration of the DS, instead of a graphical and technological upgrade.
because zenimax was created BY the Bethesda team to handle the publishing and legal side of things. it was created to keep the developers from handling all aspects of the company and can concentrate better on their main jobs.

Companies have a thing called TRADEMARKS. These things the company owns and no one else can use.

they are the KINGS of mundane crap DLC. be prepared for day 1 DLC selling different color costumes, hair, and even advertising costumes. and not in bundles either, but INDIVIDUALLY!
