I think we can all agree, that the old PS2 Ratchet & Clank commercials were the height of game advertising, and well before their time!
I think we can also agree, that it's insulting when a Gamestop commercial says "power to the players." Yeah, so much power, that $10 trade in cred gets flipped and resold for $55 profit by then, sweet!

Because fanboys have big mouths and are arrogant, and because trolls are insecure and petty. Both are looking to justify their purchases instead of enjoy their games. Meanwhile, gamers are enjoying a great FPS, and idiots continue to be idiots.

I wouldn't be so quick to label any of those shots "coop" yet. They could all be from the MP mode.
For me, Dead Space, RE-make for Cube, Doom 3, and Silent Hill 3 and 4 are all freaky as hell!
I bought this on sale on Steam. I can't imagine playing it on anything else.
Just as I said about Lost & Damned and Fallout 3, I hate exclusive DLC, and this is no different. If you are going multiplatform with your title, snubbing up to 50% of your fanbase is just asinine, and I can't stand this trend.
Exclusive games are fine. Shortchanging FANS of a game series because of the console they chose to purchase (which, incidentally, was probably influenced by the availability of your title on multiple platforms) is just a d1ck move.
Basic ISP service will cripple OnLive.

And yet at the same time, you have trash like Spiderman 3 and Phantom Menace raking in some of the highest grosses of all time film. Sales may gauge interest, but I don't think they necessarily reflect quality. I mean, Wii Fit man, Wii Fit.
And no, I'm not saying 360 games are bad. The system has GREAT games, only a fool would deny that. The problem comes from the misconception on the armchair analyst end that its normal for a title to sell as fast as GTA. That's just so far from...

It is amazing, I've never seen such a thing in all my years of gaming. Every month fanboys run to claim victory because of sales numbers. And it's always the same fanboys too, it's hilariously pathetic. While I love discussing the industry, I miss the days of talking about the games instead of attach ratios!
I feel bad for the gamers who just prefer the 360 for their gaming needs, as these people are making them look like idiots. Then again, the Ps3 fanboys aren't much better... ...
If it needs the polish, okay.
But if they are trying to push it into the crowded "big selling holiday season" just to nab sales, it WILL backfire. With titles like Halo, Uncharted, and CoD6... this game will be heavily overlooked.
The industry needs to break out of this whole "release EVERYTHING in the last 2 months of the year" crap already.
